  This is the worst company they do not work with you in no way which so ever repoed my car for 800$ that I told them I was gonna pay Thursday but walked out on Tuesday car gone so now I owe 1700 cause repo cost is 900$ ok cool Ill pay it no maam you have to pay car balance off to get vehicle so from a *****$ down to 8000$ now I have to pay full balance of loan they just want the car back to make another ***** off of the car they let you pay vehicle down and will try anyway to get back to resell if Im agreeing to pay what Im passed due cause stuff happens and paying that high tow why cant I get vehicle back but I see Im not the only person this has happened to they need to be stopped and hope this prevents stuff like this happening to other this is just wrong

  I bought a dark blue Mercedes GLE 350 and paid over half of it off. From 47k down to 23k. They repossessed my car for $250 over a mechanical fee from me having to get a whole new transmission! I paid the car payment but they told me that it didnt go to my car payment that it went to the mechanical fee but then said I owed on the mechanical fee. Its completely bogus! They knew I was about to trade in the car but when I went to go to their lot to trade it in they basically told me the car is only worth 8k and it still had 24k on it. Obviously I paid this car off already but I know how they work. So they repossessed my car and the towing co stole personal belongings out of my car and handed me all the rest in a plastic black bag. *********. Im sure they just put the car back on the lot and posted it back at 40k. They are a scam. I had two different license plates on my car. Do NOT buy from them. Its not worth it!

  This company is the biggest scam ever if you can please save your money and Do Not Im mean Do Not buy a car through them. They will use loopholes to repo you car and talk to you very disrespectfully. Dont even think about asking for a manager because they are told not to give you one.

  12/08/2023 paid my car off.12/15/2023 received a message that i needed to make a payment for ****** 12/15/2023 called CCM to find out why there was a balance, was told they did not receive funds.12/28/2023 sent a Credit Card statement 12/29/2023 CCM verified credit card statement was received payment was posted 12/29/2023 over-payment verified; refund would be sent in 7 days 01/08/2024 called and verified refund was sent and given a fake trace number 01/15/2024 called CCM still no refund 01/19/2024 called CCM to confirm refund still not received 01/23/2024 refund check was being sent today per CCM rep 01/31/2024 went to bank and check could not be cashed, CCM investigating problem check was not part of positive pay checks to be cashed 02/01/2024 CCM states there was a problem with all checks dated 01/26/2024 02/02/2024 called was told problem was not fixed yet but should be able to cash check on 02/05/2024.This company will harrass you if you are 1 day late, but have not been able to refund 49.00.When I call the number the recording states I still owe $241. The reps state there is a glitch and and not have the recording updated. All I want is what is owed to me. Reps spoken with: ****, *******, *****, ******, *****, ******

  ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!The absolute worst! They changed my bill due date when I only asked questions about the process & refused to revert it back! Now Im behind every month causing my vehicle to be repossessed twice. They offer ******************** that they know theyll deny. Not to mention the harassing calls after you just spoke to them. The vehicles they offer only last for a couple of weeks maybe a week or a year before you have a billion mechanical problems. I urge anyone not to get scammed or conned by this company its not worth no matter how desperate you are to get in a vehicle

  Impossible to get anyone on the phone. My car is paid off and a payment was still deducted from my account. I just want to be done with these people. I have never missed a payment. When you do get someone on the phone they are rude. I just want my refund.

  Believe the reviews. My notes went up twice. ***** car would have been ***** after payoff. Never reported to credit. Was caught up on notes and decided to trade in. Every company I went to told me my contract was a rip off. I ended up having surgery and was out of work for two months. I called them several times and told them I would be at least a payment behind and the guy stated he understood and would make a note. Id just gotten paid from going back to work and was going to pay my bill when I hear a cars panic go off. I look outside and guess where my car is? Burglarized on a tow truck. Didnt even give me the opportunity to get what I needed out my car. Obviously they have no grace ****** and lack of communication. Then tried to call me afterwards to get a payment. For what? Wasnt like you were reporting to my credit. This place is a joke for two missed payments!!! I should have read reviews before I purchased.

  Please do not purchase from this company! Poor customer service , cars arent up to par , and theyre ********** hungry! I just purchased a car a month ago and all my check engine lights came on! I called to notify them and I was told to call the car lot and make an appointment which I couldnt because Im working in another state. Of course I had to take it upon myself to get it fixed which the issues cost me almost $2000! Not to mention I put down ***** and agreed to pay 398 every two weeks! There shouldnt have been anything wrong with the car! But theyre saying I cant pay my full balance on the second date my car note is due. Absurd! They dont care about your issues! Even if a car they just sold you has you in a bind and behind because you had to pay for out of pocket repairs. There is no grace ****** of no understanding!
