Purchased Infiniti q50 on 8/22/22. This dealership is selling cars with Manufactured buy back lemon titles and not letting customers know upfront. A customer should be let known upfront and let them make the decision to proceed on or not. If you go on their website, they do not offer you the car fax it says, "contact us". When I went into the dealership, I never received a copy of the car fax however the salesman read the car fax from his side of the desk, not once did he state the title. I completed the sale of the vehicle and was excited to purchase a car with a clean title. Months later I find out while doing research after having the car fax pulled from a reliable source that I purchased a car that is a Manufactured buy back lemon title. After complaining of course, the dealership lied and stated they informed me that is a lie they did not. They are marking up cars using KBB "clean title" values instead of using the REAL manufactured lemon values. My automobile Is not worth merely what I am paying for it. I reached out to my finance company, and they have stated they do not do contracts on manufactured title cars, the dealership did not disclose to them as well on the contract that was submitted to them. I have every single paperwork that I signed and nowhere is listed that I was notified of the title I was purchasing. I never received a copy of the car fax at signing in my paperwork another reason as well why it was hidden. Infiniti consumer affairs stated in the most heartfelt way that I need to start my process with filing a complaint with BBB and take every measure possible even if it means taking this matter to court.
