      We were promised a kickback of up to $2,400 for switching our business services to Spectrummoney that was supposed to cover fees left by our previous provider. Specifically, we were owed $1,842.04. Its now been over a year, and not only have we received nothing, weve been completely ignored.Despite multiple follow-ups, not one person has provided a straight answer or taken any accountability. Its clear this was nothing more than a bait-and-switch to get us to sign up, with no intention of honoring the ************ a B2B company with over ***** customers, we make frequent recommendations about service providersand we will absolutely not be recommending Spectrum. Their complete lack of follow-through, communication, and customer support is unacceptable for any business, let alone one trying to serve other businesses.If this is how Spectrum treats new customers, I can only imagine how they treat long-term ones. Proceed with caution.

      They do not have a proper system to record any transactions that happen in store. They have negligent employees that do not do their jobs and then the company chooses to charge you for the failures of their staff. I recommend going with any other company.

      Please do not waste your time or money with this company. I hope to break free at the expiration of my contract. Lost calls-dropped calls and not even a ring tone most days. This has left me embarrassed and a loss for words...literally... I have resorted to using my cell phone for business ******** a business owner, I can only tell you my experience has been AWFUL!!

      Don't give any business to spectrum voip ************* is the worst company I ever worked with. As you can see on most of the reviews they are there to get your money and keep your phone number hostage and ask for the full amont of contract to release your phone number. If you did business with them and read this review please make a complaint with ***.

      Spectrum experiences outages at about 5x the rate of any other isp I have ever had. If you can avoid them, do not use them at all costs. The only reason I have spectrum is that its the only isp my apartment allows, and its literally the worst.

      I wish I had read the review of SPECTRUM ************* I signed up agreement with this company to get telephone lane line. My telephone calls were dropped 8 out of 10 times per day. My customer complained about that. I WAS LOSING MY BUSINESS. I opened 6 tickets with them for the same problem. They closed all of them without bringing the conclusion. I talked to project manager numerous time about this problem. NO SOLUTION. My fax line was also not working, 3 out of 4 trial were not successful! . After 2 years I gave up and closed the account. They are telling me 5 years contract. The rep ****** told me 1 year contract. they tricked me. I do not have any money to pay them anymore! This company is not ethical and no company should not do any business with them.!

      My initial sales *** was honest and forthcoming. I was informed of the upcoming ************ on day one. The install was a pretty quick and easy process and we only had about 15 minutes of downtime but was expecting maybe 2- thats ok though. 15 minutes was not bad for about 23 phones and all new devices. **************** was easy to contact, as promised. I will (have) recommended them to several other business owners and our local Chamber of Commerce is also very pleased with their services. Theyve got our companies vote!

      We have used spectrum voip for 3 years. During this time Spectrum Voip engaged in illegal billing practices. This includes refusing to audit our account after the amount they received vs the amount recorded on our account was incorrect. I offered to send bank statement proof with pictures of the check as well as the address. Their response to this was it did not matter and they would not look into it. Further more they will tax you on taxes. To make it even worse the agreed upon contract price is never what you actually pay. They have another company they work with that "rents" the equipment. This is not discussed prior to signing your contract. To make matters worse when you want to switch phone companies they will stall in every possible way. There is no way to call the porting team all this is done through email. An email in which they will not respond to. I have had to call three days in a row for 2 hours at a time and we still have not been able to transfer our phone numbers. This will be our fourth attempt to porting over our numbers. This company is not an ethical company and I discourage anyone to ever use it.

      It takes 2-3 months to cancel the service. meantime you get charged. bunch of excuses, like the call got disconnected or I hung up. There is nothing they can do, just pay. I tried to remove myself from auto pay and the system won't allow me. Had to call my credit card company. If you don't pay they will take you to collection, and because it was a new service and you gave up your social security number, they will ruin your credit. SPECTRUM BUSINESS is in the business of stealing from small companies.

      Unethical billing practices, they charge you after service termination and totally dismiss complaints. Dont do business with Spectrum for anything unless you want to lose your money.
