      Very specific about not placing the sauce inside the container but to box it separately and no number of requests or complaints are heeded.

      I applied for a job here and scheduled an interview for a specific date and time. I show up for my interview, and an employee went to fetch a manager. Im deaf so I used my phone to communicate with the employee about my interview. The manager said he/she was too busy. Was told to reschedule. I was unable to reschedule and got an email saying I wasnt picked for the position. I dont think I had a fair chance for the position so if you apply here, be careful.

      I come to Eat at Canes cuz of the strips were big and the cost was reasonable but lately when I come to Canes I get 4 nuggets and like half the order of fries . I even went to complain about it but the girl at the counter said the strips got smaller and they are charging more for the food , I was shocked she didnt deny it . there are like 3 managers and none of them addressed me about it . I guess 1 person isnt going to be **** cuz there a multimillion dollar company and dont care about there customers . Pretty sad they dont talk to there employees about customer service cuz if it was me I would have gotten a manager to talk to the customer.Pretty sad wont eat there anymore

      I received raw chicken fingers on my 2/15/2023 visit. The manager called me and told me to come in to be her guest. I arrived today 3/15/2023 and it was a different manager from the one I spoke to on 2/15/2023. Todays manager ***** was very rude and aggressive and she accused me of lying about a manager calling me to get my order comped. I offered to show her a receipt as well as my call log from manager calling me and email I sent from 2/15 and she laughed and rolled her eyes. I felt very unsafe with the way she acted towards me with my 2 kids in the car. I was physically shaking and cant believe raising canes allows this kind of aggressive behavior from a manger. ***** also proceeded to make fun of me and talk badly about me to employees inside the restaurant and didnt care that I could hear everything she said. My kids were mortified and asked me mom why is that lady being so mean and talking badly about us I am deeply saddened and cant believe this behavior is tolerated at raising canes. ***** needs to be re trained. The cashier seemed mortified by ****** behavior and apologized to me on her behalf. I cannot believe this happened and I now have to calm down my 2 crying kids from witnessing such a horrific event by aggressive and rude manager *****. I also asked her if she could provide me with her supervisors name and let her know I heard everything she said about me in which she laughed and said what did you hear I told her everything she then proceeded to say shes not giving me her supervisors name and she walked away. I am mortified.

      We come to Canes because the fingers are decent size. Today I ordered a child meal and box combo. Those fingers shrank about 30% from the ones purchased 2 weeks ago. Im not sure where to go now. You were the best.

      Theres a lot of work harassment here especially through ********************* that is one of the main managers shes incredibly rude I got home with my ears ringing because she kept yelling at me at the top of her lungs telling me all the other is wrong when it was the most simple thing as putting chicken tenders together with fries and a toast! She sent me to the drive through where she followed me to see if Id say anything about her I explained myself and all she did was give me the dirtiest look I had ever received in my life! This person treats their business as if it was her own she calls it MY TOAST and MY CHICKEN she will barge in front of you and yell at the top of her lungs to reassure herself and never apologized or said good job mindful being I never did anything wrong! Other employees told me shed always speak very poorly about me behind my back and I never knew her as a person she never gave me a chance in the mornings I wasnt allowed to talk yet she would be there loudly laughing and speaking about her *** life to everybody! This person shouldnt be working here all she does is take advantage of her authority and acts like the paychecks come from her pockets!!

      The food is good But Ive noticed that it seems theyre suffering from shrinkflation. The chicken fingers here on now. I have shrunk down quite a bit so youre not getting as much from the way it seems to me and I say this over the course of about four visits. The service here on **** is hit and miss yesterday when I eat here my order was waiting for me when I pulled to the second window after paying at the first today at lunchtime they walk to me and I sat in my car for quite a few minutes. I finally got tired of waiting and I went inside. When I noticed the girl had my order walked by me out into the parking lot. Im not planning on returning. I can get a better consistency from other restaurant.
