    Hello Huffines Hyundai,I wanted to let you know about my experience with your dealership in buying a new car.On 13 July 2023, my husband and I drove around to buy a new vehicle. We ended up at Huffines Hyundai in Plano, located on *************.Our salesman, *********************, was great & sold us a 2023 Tucson. My husband decided to put $12,155.75 down and financed the rest. We worked with *************************** to finish up the financial arrangements. She also gave us the information to wire the funds to. We bank with USAA, who wired the money the same day.On 14 July 2023, I called my salesman, *********************, to see if the finance department received the wire transfer. I was told they had not received it. I verified with my bank, USAA, and they confirmed that the transfer was delivered.This went on for an ENTIRE week. On 20 July 2023, we called to speak with ***************************. She informed us that her department had not received the wire transfer. My husband immediately told her he was headed to the dealership to talk to someone. It had been a WEEK since we bought the vehicle and wire transferred the money. After the conversation ended, about five minutes later ******** called him back to tell him that the wire transfer was received on 14 July 2023. My husband and I are both Veterans and served this country. This is NOT what we expected in buying a BRAND NEW vehicle from your dealership. We had to wait an ENTIRE week for someone from the finance department to verify a wire transfer.On 20 July 2023, we were FINALLY able to pick up the vehicle. The Salesman Director apologized and our salesman apologized in person when we arrived at the dealership. We did not get an in-person apology from ***************************. This was CLEARLY A FINANCIAL DEPARTEMENT RESPONSIBILITY.Based on this experience, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP to anyone I know. I saw the commercials on TV and thought I would receive great customer service. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.
