    I purchased a used 2016 Mini ****** ********** from Ewing. Ewing provided a clean CarFax report on this vehicle. Shortly after my purchase, I took the car for a paint correction service. The paint correction company advised me that I should not continue with their service as the car had extensive hail damage. This damage was known to Ewing and not disclosed to me prior to purchase. I was sold a car that was something other than what was presented by Ewing. Ewing ws well aware of this existing damage. I contacted Ewing and advised them of the issue and asked them to make any necessary repairs (paintless dent repair) but they refused to do anything.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would, my name is *********************************, and I was customer before I became an employee. I was fired for defending myself against an employee that is a homosexual. He was harassing me at work by placing a cone on my chair at work and always telling me to sit on it, which was more of a sexual harassment. I told one of the managers ***** is his name but yet he didnt do anything about it. After coming back after my day off Wednesday October 11, 2023 I notice all the new cars where parked in the incorrect place I went into the tower where the managers sit and I approached ***** to tell him to not touch the new cars until I was able to to move them and put them in the correct spots but since I was the only one doing the job it was double the work. Well **** (the homosexual) told me that at least he doesnt have to put two pork chops in his pants so dogs can play with him, he was directing it towards me, because he is a sales man. Well my response was at least Im not gay. The sales manager told me I shouldnt say that cause some people may get their feelings hurt. And when I spoke to to apologize, he told me his feelings werent hurt. But yet ***** did because he called the General assistant manager and told him what happened. At 2:30pm they called me into the office and I told my side of the story and they told me that they have zero tolerance and they fired. Because I told him Im not gay. If that was the case then why is it ok for a homosexual to say that word and not get fired. I reported it to the manager about the harassment and he did nothing, but yet I was fired. A heterosexual man can report a sexual harassment against a homosexual and the management wont report it to HR. Now they are telling me that I cant take my car to get serviced but ye Ive seen other ex employees go there and still get their cars serviced and they dont say anything. Harassment goes three ways now not two ways anymore.
