Specifically, BBB has been unable to locate an active license from Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TXDMV) authorizing this business to operate as a household goods carrier in Texas.
As well, J-D Moving advertises that it offers long distance moving services; however, BBB has been unable to verify authorization from US Department of Transportation (USDOT) for this business to conduct interstate operations.
BBB requested that the business provide documentation demonstrating J-D Moving holds licenses from both TXDMV and USDOT.
As of December 28, 2016, J-D Moving has failed to respond.
