I have been a member of e-Rewards for many years and do surveys. I routinely do surveys until I receive credit for one survey. Prior to writing this review I read some of the complaints. I have experienced some of the same problems that were identified in the complaints. However, when I followed up with e-Rewards customer service, the problem was resolved. So, I have no complaints. It was a frustration, but with technology there are glitches and so long as e-Rewards has a work around, I am going to continue to participate in the e-Rewards program. Overall, I am pleased with the e-Rewards program and especially with e-Rewards customer service. I would recommend this to any person who enjoy taking surveys and being rewards with points which can be used to secure gift cards. I do wish e-Rewards would increase the gift card options so there are more in which to choose, but again it is a great program.Review from Pearl K

**************** is very good in their response and in giving the surveyor the points. Sometimes the surveys get locked causing one to give up continuing with the survey.After completing the surveys the gifts are great and easily obtained. I do enjoy doing the survey, but do get frustrated when I go through the entire survey just to find out I did not qualify. Most of the times customer service will rectify this problem. I would encourage others to do surveys to help with the products and other research.Review from Heaven S

The survey I did had clear political bias. She would not answer my questions as to who paid for the survey to be done, and just cycled back to her script with no clear answers.Review from Elliot C

I had been enjoying this survey site for longer than 10 years. I use it mainly to keep my points for hotels and air travel current. So far everything works as advertised. If I ever had any issues, they were resolved promptly and to my full satisfaction. My only complain is that the rewords in points are getting more and more stingier. At the same time the time to complete it is getting longer and longer. I am not sure how long will I stay with this survey because of that.Review from Bruce M

Look, youre getting paid for expressing an opinion, I dont think ******** does that. For the most part this all works well, there are always some glitches with surveys or technology, but the key is they respond to those issues when brought to their attention.Yes, the surveys can take you all the way through and then say dont qualify, but they are the exception, not the rule. The rewards choices are good and fair, so except for a few hiccups now and then, all good ????Review from Steve K

Enjoy completing the surveys and providing feedback. Most surveys are well constructed; a few are long or poorly written, making it difficult on occasion to understand to what I being asked to respond. **************** is quick to correct (rare) situations where points are not awarded after survey completion.Review from Stuart W

I'm a longtime survey client. E-Rewards needs to take their surveys themselves to make sure they operate correctly. SaySo surveys were the latest snafus. Allowing only five 0.2 points per day for incomplete surveys is being a cheapskate given the effort to qualify. I have had no other issues with E-Rewards.
