      I have been a member of E-REWARDS since 2011. I have been well rewarded for my participation in the surveys. I have had some technical problems on occasion, and their customer service has always made things right.

      Opinion Outpost is an excellent Market Research company. Their surveys are very interesting, easy to complete and easy to understand. Their rewards are very good and easy to claim. Their Customer Service is very good and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

      My problem started after they requested verification of my driver's license. I'm a new user. I completed the verification, and in less than a week, they closed my account, claiming it violated their privacy policy. I'm an honest person, and honestly, I didn't violate any privacy policies. I did and continue to do everything they asked. I don't know if this is a scam, but I hope they give me my account back so I can continue working with them, because I'm 100% sure it was a mistake.
      It's sad and very bad that they treat new members this way.
      If you answer me and solve the problem, I would give this team an excellent review.

      I have been a member of E-REWARDS since 2018 and have done hundreds of surveys over the years. I have been well rewarded for my participation in the surveys and have received many gift cards to businesses I value. I have had technical problems on occasion, and their customer service has always made things right. Their customer service is the best, very understanding, very supportive, very helpful. I only wish, there were more businesses out there in the field like E-Rewards. Great support all around every time over the years.

      Great survey platform. Receive new surveys everyday and rewarded with some points even if I do not qualify. Redemptions are immediate with lots of choices. Been a member for a number of years and look forward to continuing.

      I have used them for years. They are legit. I have had some problems with the surveys, such as not getting the points. When I have contacted them they have fixed the problem quickly.

      One of the best professional team on the survey rewards program. I had the chance to work on different survey rewards program and I would say e-rewards customer service is always quick to respond and help me resolve issues along the way.
      I do wish that all of the surveys will ask for your demographic info and see if you are qualified for the survey from the beginning, so that we don't have to waste our time answering all the questions and get rejected. Aside from this, this is still the best survey rewards program i encountered, so I do recommend everyone to participate. Thank you for those dedicated customer service members.
