      Absolutely terrible. On any site, all their surveys end with "missing session" or some other error on the last page of a survey (there is a progress bar most of the time) after having wasted 20-30 minutes on one survey so that way you don't get the credit.
      Getting surveys filled out for free while wasting poor people's time. That should be their slogan

      Dynata's surveys are always interesting and easy to navigate. I enjoy receiving points that I can cash in for airmiles or aeroplan. Whenever I had a glitch, I would contact customer service and they would respond in a timely manner. I have been a subscriber to this company for at least 15 years!

      On 9 August 2025 I received a survey from Dynata Corp. After reading the question it is abundantly clear it is not a survey, but a thinly veiled radical Climate Change propaganda piece, not an unbiased survey.

      Good experience overall. Quickly handles glitches in on-line operations. I've been with them for over 10 years and only have had on or two minor problems, all quickly resolved.

      I have been a member of E-REWARDS since 2011. I have been well rewarded for my participation in the surveys. I have had some technical problems on occasion, and their customer service has always made things right.

      Opinion Outpost is an excellent Market Research company. Their surveys are very interesting, easy to complete and easy to understand. Their rewards are very good and easy to claim. Their Customer Service is very good and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

      My problem started after they requested verification of my driver's license. I'm a new user. I completed the verification, and in less than a week, they closed my account, claiming it violated their privacy policy. I'm an honest person, and honestly, I didn't violate any privacy policies. I did and continue to do everything they asked. I don't know if this is a scam, but I hope they give me my account back so I can continue working with them, because I'm 100% sure it was a mistake.
      It's sad and very bad that they treat new members this way.
      If you answer me and solve the problem, I would give this team an excellent review.

      I have been a member of E-REWARDS since 2018 and have done hundreds of surveys over the years. I have been well rewarded for my participation in the surveys and have received many gift cards to businesses I value. I have had technical problems on occasion, and their customer service has always made things right. Their customer service is the best, very understanding, very supportive, very helpful. I only wish, there were more businesses out there in the field like E-Rewards. Great support all around every time over the years.
