      Quick Thoughts is an app to complete surveys for gift cards (Amazon or iTunes). I have been able to earn over $100 with them over the past couple weeks. Today, July 4, 2021, after completing a couple surveys, my surveys and find a survey button disappeared. I believe I have been banned for an unknown reason. My request is to have this ban lifted off of my account.

      Collected points for completing surveys, QuickThoughts then decided to suddenly suspend my account without notice and with leftover points and also suspended me from letting me use my points. I must have my account reactivated so I can use the points I earned.

My account will most likely be suspended again after a second review. I do not mind the account suspension, but at least I should be able to use what I earned since I do have leftover reward points. I had leftover reward points unused and a few days later I couldn't use it only to suddenly find out my account was suspended. I was never notified nor received any email about my account suspension and I feel that is unfair and unprofessional from the business to proceed with actions without letting me know.

      I have been a member of OneOpinion for over three months. A few weeks ago, no more surveys were shown on my account. I sent an email to the help desk having no idea why this happened. I ended up emailing them twice. Finally they replied and said my account was 'tagged' and they suspended my account. They didn't provide any details about why they would do such a thing so I could work it out. They just mentioned various reasons why they generally suspend accounts. They said in the email, "At this time your account has been suspended indefinitely and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website." The above mentioned company has always asked me to let my son complete the survey and not interfere with his answers. I would like to return my account to its previous status so that I can benefit from the surveys available on the account and redeem my points on the account, please cancel the suspension of my account as soon as possible

When we have any concerns regarding a member's account, we are obligated to take steps to investigate and address the matter. Following two independent reviews of your account we have decided to reactivate your account on this occasion. You will start to receive surveys again and be able to claim rewards from your account as normal. But when I returned to the account, I could not benefit from the surveys because they were not available on the account.       Keep getting calls from Dynata. I keep blocking the # and they call using a new #....4 or 5 times now on multiple days.

      Dynata calls our home telephone at least five times per week, sometimes two - three times per day. We are on the no-call list, but this POS company obviously does not consult that. Over the years that Dynata has been bothering us with constant calls, we have never, not even once picked up the phone. That doesn't seem to discourage them either. Why doesn't the federal government prosecute companies like this using the laws that are already on the books plus a new one that puts them out of business for being a serial abuser?

      I have a problem with Dynata, which I will explain it briefly. I am a member of OneOpenion.com for about two months and I have answered the surveys with full honest, I did not answer any question randomly, about a week ago I was surprised that there are no surveys in my account, I contacted them and they answered and asked me for some information, I sent the information they requested, and then I got a response that I have more than one account in my household, and one account is allowed in every household. I responded to this accusation and told them that I don't have any account other than mine and I asked them for evidence of that and today 5/21/2021 they answered me that they have techniques to detect this and that they will not reactivate my account and therefore I will not be able to withdraw the $ 50 that I collected. By answering surveys for the OneOpenion.com site
