    We called Plano Overhead Garage Door after our really old garage door gave up. We were drawn to the company because of the wonderful ratings and reviews and Ill add to it. They sent ******* ***** to us same day. He was very friendly, informative and gave us a good estimate. Next day, **** ****** did the installation. There was never a doubt that hes a pro and knows his job. He was friendly, explained everything and was open to questions. He did an outstanding job. We would never hesitate to use this companys services again!

    Plano Overhead Garage Door came on 10/09/2024 to service my garage door as it would not close. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed the door and did maintenance and it works great. He also gave me options of what needed to be done and did not. I will definitely will use them again when needed Thanks **** B

    Great company to work with from calling to schedule my appointment and notifying me when my technician was on his way via text message. They replaced the garage motor and spring as everything was over 20 years old. The tech went over everything with me what he did and explained since this was new technology compared to my old opener. I would highly recommend them if youre in need of a garage repair.

    Happily surprised with same day service. Got a text with the photo of the tech and their bio prior to arrival. **** was efficient and explained everything. I opted for a new motor vs repair since my opener was so old. Thanks for making this a good experience. Highly recommend. They do what they say and I can rest assured it was done right the first time.

    I love working with Plano Overhead Garage door. They are ALWAYS nice, professional, and efficiency. It is not often that you find a company that does great work and they have great employees from customer ********************** to the technician. They make you feel like youre family and they go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

    Plano Overhead Door came to my home with 3 hours of my call o to them for help. I ended up needing a new garage door motor- but it was replaced same day & the repairman walked me through all of the features of the new system AND programmed my cars to the new system!I highly recommend them!

    Plano Overhead Garage Door is the best!! They do what they say!!*********************, came and took care of my problem in a 107 degree weather.He did above and beyond excellent work. I will be asking for him next time my garage door needs repair or service. I highly recommend them they are professionals and efficient.

    It is easy to see why this local company has been in business so long. Definition of what customer ********************** should be. From my initial phone call, which was answered quickly, to getting a next day appointment, to the service tech. **** was friendly, answered all questions and gave honest answers. Didn't try to upsell because some parts may have been getting older but are still in working condition. He replaced a bent track and rollers on both doors, fixed pin pad, light sockets on opener ,lubricated everything, rebalanced both doors, tightened chain link and all with a smile. He genuinely came across as enjoying his job. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. We will use this company for any future maintenance or repairs.
