            I purchased a GMMK pro, keycaps and switches from Comic Con ***. I contacted **************** because the keyboard wasn't working correctly many keys were sticking. I received my replacement keyboard once again put everything together and it was working until I received upgrades from Glorious. I installed a new frame for the keyboard and then keys would not work. I went back and forth with them. Finally I explained I am partially disabled and it's VERY hard for me to keep removing key caps and switches and frames and asked if they would be able to service the keyboard for me. I did not receive anymore contact after them telling me to send the board back disassembled.

            Glorious refuses to send out anything when it's a mistake on their part. Zero stars by the way. Better off buying other company products.

Our representatives suggested the standard way to proceed and file a claim for the missing keycap, however you weren't happy with the procedure behind it.Additionally, we offered an alternative option in case your original place of purchase cannot honor your warranty claim - at no point did we refuse to assist you further if that is necessary.
