    I have been a loyal member of Massage Heights for nearly 20 years. Recently, my monthly dues were increased from $39.99 to more than double the original amount, with no prior notification or explanation. As a single mother, this unexpected and significant increase has caused me considerable financial difficulty, as I was not able to budget for such a change.I understand that businesses sometimes need to adjust prices to keep up with economic conditions. However, I believe that such a drastic increase, especially without any advance notice, is unfair and unprofessional, and unethical business practice. I attempted to resolve this issue with the manager at my local Massage Heights location, who was understanding, but unable to ******* a long-time loyal customer, I am respectfully requesting that Massage Heights either maintain my regular monthly dues of $39.99 or, if an increase is necessary, make only a slight adjustment to better align with the current economy. I am also requesting a clear explanation for the increase, an explanation for the lack of notice, and consideration for a refund or adjustment for the month(s) affected by the unexpected increase. Additionally, I would like to know what steps Massage Heights will take to ensure better communication with loyal members in the future.

    I have left a message and requested a call back regarding an unauthorized charge for $45 for my massage on June 26th and twice more in July. I called on June 24th and read exactly what package and amount that i had for my gift card when booking. I even asked why my credit card was needed and was told it was only used to book and "will not be charged."I also showed and discussed the cost and the type of massage along with showing 90 minutes before going in for my massage.After the massage, the girl at the desk mentioned additional charges. I was released and told that it was corrected only to be charged $45 later that evening. As mentioned several times, I would have never reserved a 90 minutes if I was going to be charged extra. I only came to use my gift card. I am extremely upset about the miscommunication, unauthorized $45 charge, and lack of response with this issue.
