This company address ( *************************************************************************************** *****) wrongfully towed my mothers car about a month ago. In which i filed a complaint wity you guys for them trying to charge us and lying saying that the car was towed for it not being in compliance with the rules (false) . That issue was then resolved, HOWEVER. My mothers car was stolen on 3/13/25, and we just got it back yesterday. Last night around 11:10 the same truck that stole our car was riding around with a tow truck that works with this company. As soon as i saw the truck i took it upon myself to follow the red truck, the tow truck then sped and stayed close to me. i lost the truck because another truck got infront of me. when i came back i saw the towtruck and followed behind them, they were driving very slow & in the middle of the road. when we hit the corner i spotted the Red Truck that stole the car and we passed the towtruck through the grass and the tow trucj tried speeding up to cut us off. they followed us the entire way until we lost the red truck again. we have cameras and caught everything on them. Im in contact with the police but this business is DIRTY. and needs to be investigated for criminal activity. My suspicions are either they heard about my first report & took it upon themselves to get vengeance or, one of their employees is working alone in doing side missions helping criminals. whatever the case may be we were affected tremendously and our car has alot of damage because of this business. contact me via email ******************* to view footage related to this incident. thank you.Initial Complaint

This towing business was contracted by our landlord/manager to tow cars that are parked ln the street/grass or anything other than a pavemented area. This business took our car at 11:52pm last night for no other reason other than it was an easy grab and take. Their reasoning was that it was infront of a truck that was parked on stepping stones HOWEVER there are NO stepping stones near where the truck was parked. The truck theyre takking about was parked on a pavemented area, (an extended driveway Pre-approved by our landlord/manager.) the vehicles have been parked this way everynight for over 3 months now, again, APROVED BY THE MANAGER. This business is refusing to release our car to us and is charging us 360$ to get it back, regardless of being told already by the manager that they took the car by mistake. I want this business investigated for theft and scamming. And i want them to release my vehicle IMMEDIATELY FREE OF CHARGE.Business Response

We apologize for any inconvenience, our drivers go by the rules put in place by management. If the vehicle was towed by mistake and management reached out to us we always release free of charge. On 1/29/25 Mesquite Impound and Towing took my car from a legal spot in front of Harbor Freight on ************** in **** TX during a down pour I spotted them hooking up through the front door of the store bolted to stop it as the driver looked right at me then hopped in the wrecker and took off. My only source to contact anyone was in my vehicle. I had to leave my *************************************************************************************** a rain storm to where I hoped they took my car to be told by the cashier that I could NOT have my personal property from it nor could they even confirm that my car was there until the following morning after 9am much less retrieve it before then. Another victim of this company was kind enough to let me secure a ride back to my mom. I had to go through a lot of aggravation and rely on the help of good people to secure a ride home from the location my car was taken. After missing work 1/30/25 spending the day struggling with trying to raise the $300+ they required to retrieve my car I had to take another taxi back to the impound late that afternoon to wait outside in frigid rain in a very long pick up line for over an hour to then be told "we don't have the vehicle here anymore" 30 more mins later i was told exactly this "your vehicle was returned to the location it was picked up from and has been placed in the EXACT same spot it was grabbed from" I asked to repeat that and she did word for word the same. So I had to secure another ride taking me back to that store where I confirmed what I knew which was that I did not commit any parking violation and that they were aware of their mistake in towing my car. To make matters worse I go to my car to find tape half effectively placed on my drivers side window that was placed on it only before returning it to the store and well after it had rained in it all night and fully soaking my cars interior.Initial Complaint

My Jeep was tow according to the tow company for not having a tow plate or placard. I have my card and it was placed on the dash in plane site. When we picked up the Jeep the card was found on the door in the pocket nicely placed behind our ice scraper. We found Black Marks on the door jam of the jeep on the upper right side of the jeep closest to the roof and black marks on the upper right side on the post, there was also damage to the weather stripping on the post looks like it was done using a lockout bar. Proof they wedged an air bag to pry open my door and used a lockout bar to unlock it. When I went up to the door to get my jeep back prior to noticing and seeing my jeep the guy behind the door yelled at me stating I didn't have a placard, and it definitely was not on the dash. That's the only place I store it, even while driving. My wife being the registered owner was the one who signed the papers and didn't sign the first page and under duress from the guy yelling she did so anyways. Everyone in line including myself where also noticing them drive like mad men to their yard with cars in tow fish tailing behind them. They would quickly turn into the driveway with cars behind them almost flipping over like if they were or are working on some kind of quota or commission very much like if their lives depended on it. They didn't let anyone grab their own cars and would tell them to stand at the gate until one the trucks pulled it out for them. Every car they brought out was pulled just beyond the gate and dropped violently and they would speed off afterwards one truck peeling out on their way to get the next victim. I didn't appreciate the guy yelling at me or my wife just because he felt like he had us by the ***** and cause he was behind a quarter inch plated steel door and he even hid his face like a coward as they have it perfectly set up so you can't see anyone at all.Business Response

We apologize if you felt like your wife was being yelled at , in defense of our employees they have to speak loud in order for people to hear clearly when at the window. Also we do allow for customers to come in the yard and retrieve there vehicle, they are only pulled out if the vehicle wont start. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Mesquite Towing service, located at ****************************************************************, for what I believe to be an unjust towing of my vehicle and the subsequent abusive behavior I encountered by one of their employees. The incident occurred on 12/29/24, and I would like to request your assistance in investigating this matter.On the aforementioned date, my vehicle was towed from 3600 *** ********* Mesquite , and I was informed that it was towed for being parked in a handicap spot. However, I firmly believe this claim was false, as my vehicle was not in violation of any handicap parking regulations. After reaching out to the towing company for clarification, I was met with unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from an employee, who began using offensive and derogatory language toward me, including calling me b****** and n*****. This verbal abuse left me deeply upset and violated my rights as a customer.Furthermore, when I contacted the police for assistance, they spoke to the towing company representative, who stated that my vehicle could not be retrieved until 9:00 AM, even though the facility is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. The police officer indicated that the facility had a reputation for unfairly towing vehicles and described it as "janky." This behavior suggests that the towing company may be operating in violation of regulations set forth by the ***************************** and Regulation.I believe that my treatment was discriminatory and an abuse of power by the towing company. I am requesting an investigation into this incident and would like to request the following:A full investigation into the towing of my vehicle, including the alleged false claim of it being parked in a handicap spot.Action taken regarding the verbal abuse and inappropriate language used by the towing company employee.A review of the towing companys practices to ensure they comply with TDLR regulations and operate ethically.Business Response

The vehicle was a valid tow so we cant issue a refund, also we have a great relationship with Mesquite police I dont know why the officer you spoke with would lead you to believe differently about us. my vehicle a 2018 Chevrolet Impala was towed from the **** trends parking lot on December 22, 2024 during the tow my vehicle front bumper was damaged when I went to pick my vehicle up from the auto impound the same day less than two hours later I did not notice the damage as my car was not bagged in the parking spot like the other cars but pulled in so when I got in the car, I had the bag it out and did not look at the front end of my car when I noticed the damage I called the impound to inform them of the damage that has been done to my car the gentleman that answered the phone yelled at me and told me that they were not going to fix anything and that there was nothing that I could do because I had already driven off of the lot. He then hung up the phone called back. He yelled at me again and told me to sue him he then blocked my phone number to where I could not call back from my phone. I called back the next day from a different phone number to be able to get through to a person , the lady that answered the phone this time provided me with a Gmail email address to send a complaint to regarding the damage that has been done to my vehicle. I sent the email and attached the photos however I am needing some type of response as my vehicle has and damage that was not there at first along with me paying over $300 to get my car back I dont mind the money that I had to pay to get my car back, but I do not deserve to have damage done to my vehicle .Initial Complaint

On 11/7/24 we were staying at ******** Best Western @ **** ** **** **** **** in ********, TX. The hotel parking lot was full of construction vehicles and the only space available was in a dark area. (The last time we stayed in Richardson, TX our catalytic converters were stolen) so we picked a spot on the flip side under a light pole. We went up to our room and it was an awful room, so we left to go to Walmart and returned to that space at 10:45pm. The next morning around 7:30am we went to get the truck to pack up and it was gone. The hotel told us to call the police and that is how we found out the truck had been towed. We called and they were extremely rude, we got an uber and spent $20. When they finally opened they told us their machines were down and we could only pay in cash, I then had to walk a mile to a nearby gas station to use an ATM. When we paid them the $322 they told us they didn't have change so they kept the rest. We went back to Bank of America because they are the ones listed and they said it wasn't their property and they didn't authorize the vehicle to be towed. Also the supposed towing sign is UNREADABLE!!! We checked and didn't see any other signage therefore we feel this is a misrepresentation and should constitute as an illegal tow. We want a refund for this tow and for this company to be forced to put up signage indicating where parking is and is NOT allowed. (BTW, the the business we parked BEHIND is an empty building and the sign faces away from that parking spot) Please see attached photo evidence!Initial Complaint

My car got towed and taken here from my workplace. Ive worked there for 3 years and have never had an issue with towing and there is no sign anywhere saying that theres no overnight parking. They want cash only and charge an outrageous amount. Only want your money dont care about the people they steal from.Business Response

February 12, 2024 my car was towed by this company. I was able to retrieve my car the same day unfortunately with damages caused by towing. I reached out to the claims **** as instructed. I gave them 30 days to review my case. No response. I reached out March, spoke to a female at the tow service, she promised she would check on it and call me back. July 9 spoke with **** at tow he assured me he would find the email and call me back tomorrow. No call. I called **** on July 12 and he advised me he didnt call me back hes been swamped!!!! He did not understand my frustration so he hung up on me. I called back 4 times and no answer. Now my vehicle is damaged and I cant get anyone to own or take responsibility. I know there are thousands of people that have to file insurance claims just to get their cars repaired after this place damages their vehicle. At approximately 7:45pm on Wednesday May 22, 2024, my vehicle was towed, from the *******, located at ***************************************************************************************, with no warning signage visible in the parking lot. This ******* location has No visible "Tow warnings" listed on the "online pick up" parking spots which were completely empty at the time that I parked. I was in the store no longer than 10 minutes only to find my car was towed without warning. While I was waiting on my ride, I watched several tow truck tow away 4 cars within 10 minutes. One of the cars they towed was an elderly disabled couple, one was a family with young children. ******* and the tow company is taking American's hard earned money. Families that are simply trying to survive and provide for their families. This is clearly an organized crime ring setting people up for failure and disappointment. $321.47 per vehicle as the tow company made over $2,000 within 10 minutes. Businesses are required by law, to have tow warning signage located on property, where the signage can be seen by customers that park in their parking spots.When I arrived at Mesquite Towing Service to retrieve my illegally towed vehicle, my vehicle had not even arrived at the location. I had to pay and wait for the tow truck driver to arrive with my vehicle, yet they still charged me a storage fee. The employees at Mesquite Towing Service must be so ashamed of what they are doing to their victims, that you can't even see the staff that takes your payment. The building has a blacked out hole in the wall that you slide your ID and payment into and then the staff slides the paperwork invoices back to you, through the hole in the wall. There is no office you can enter. There is no manager available to speak with. This company and these employees should be ashamed because they are taking advantage of the fact that there are no visible warning signage on the ******* parking spots.Business Response

We do have clear signage all around online pick up, also all online spots read online pickup only which means you cant get out of vehicle and go inside. We also always have a mgr on duty, we understand getting towed is a inconvenience but we are only doing our job, thank you.
