              On April 24, I checked into the ********************* in ******. The hotel requires registering your vehicle to legally be on the property. I completed this step but mistakenly entered 1 digit of my license plate incorrectly. I got out of my truck and took some things up to my room. When I went back down 10 minutes later, my truck was gone. I noticed the tow truck had it hooked up and was parked underneath the entrance awning of the hotel. I went over and told them that was my truck and we went inside and confirmed I was there legally. The driver refused to drop my truck. He finally said he needed to move from blocking the entrance and would pull over on the side. Instead, he left with my truck knowing full well, I was there legally. Looking back, the driver watched me remove my items from my truck the first time and even pulled up and watched me walk in the hotel with my things. With them knowing I was there legally, this is all out theft of my truck. This place is extremely unethical and should be shut down.

              If I could give a -0 review I would. If you contract them to patrol your business parking lot make sure they don't ***** your employees. They patrol the area and instead of going above and beyond by walking around the vehicle, looking in the windows,and at least doing a little investigative work before they take off with it, they just hook and go. ABSOLUTELY NO attempt to find out who's vehicle it is. Clearly a crooked way to-do business. I can assure you, I am not that person who is disgruntled and mad cause my car got towed and I did nothinh wrong person. I literally did nothing wrong. If the idiot who was towing would have been a decent person, he would have went above and beyond and located me within my place of employment and prevented all of this. Instead, i had to pay $194 for a tow for approximately a 5 mile tow and 3 hrs of storage. That is price gouging and dishonest. No integrity whatsoever!
