            The company came to repair a clogged toilet. Instead of fixing the toilet with their hardware they grabbed my friend's pipe snake without asking and subsequently broke it off in the toilet. They then asked him if there was a foreign object in the toilet. My friend does not speak English well and said 'maybe not.' The plumber went back and told the dispatcher he said yes. The clog was not removed from the toilet and now had my friends pipe snake broken in it. After that, the company never picked up my phone calls again and ignored all my emails. Because of the now broken pipe snake in the toilet I had to call another plumber and buy a new toilet. I would like them to cover that repair cost.

            I was forced to endure the pain of having Right Call Solutions (RCS) replace a water heater by my home warranty company. Communications with RCS was difficult. The repairman looked at the job and then didn't get back with us for weeks. Came out one time, said they would be back tomorrow but didn't come and they didn't call to let us know. They tried to charge over $1000 more than the $100 deductible, charging for items not required and others with greatly inflated prices. DO NOT USE THIS RIPOFF COMPANY, if you do you will regret it.
