The company came to repair a clogged toilet. Instead of fixing the toilet with their hardware they grabbed my friend's pipe snake without asking and subsequently broke it off in the toilet. They then asked him if there was a foreign object in the toilet. My friend does not speak English well and said 'maybe not.' The plumber went back and told the dispatcher he said yes. The clog was not removed from the toilet and now had my friends pipe snake broken in it. After that, the company never picked up my phone calls again and ignored all my emails. Because of the now broken pipe snake in the toilet I had to call another plumber and buy a new toilet. I would like them to cover that repair cost.Initial Complaint

I called my home warranty company regarding a water heater replacement . My home warranty company contracted Right Call Solutions to replace my water heater. Right Call Solutions came out to replace water heater at the beginning of May 2021. One on the techs happened to step on my attic floor causing damage to my ceiling and my ceiling now needs to be repaired. I have called numerous times sent out emails and I keep getting the same run around. " Oh I'll leave a message with manager and they will call you back" I even called one time and asked for a manager and operator stated that the owner is in. I asked if I can talk to the owner and she put me on hold. Than she came back to tell me that owner is busy and a manager will call me back later. I'm a small business owner myself and I ensure that any issues my clients have I'm always here for them. I called again today August 4th, 2021 and still got the same run around. Operator stated that she will send out an email. Help!!!!!!
