I bought a Hisun 750 UTV from ********** in Bristol VA in November of 2020. I took it in to Rural ING on April 26th 2021 for warranty work they said it needed a new motor, it's been 4months and Hisun still hasn't sent a motor .I tried calling Hisun a couple times and didn't get anywhere with them . I call ********** and they say they can't do anything cause waiting on motor from Hisun. All I want is to get my UTV fixed so I can enjoy it after paying 10k I already had to cancle 2 trips I had planned this summer to go riding. Vin#A6H******LBXXXXXXBusiness response

Purchased a brand new Hisun sxs from rural king in August 2019. Shortly after purchasing it with 20 hours on it something occurred with transmission and had to take it in for service. It took Rural King 4 months for repair to be completed. On June 23 2020 it broke again with only 37 hours on it. Took it into Rural King again and they said it would be at least a month before they could look at it. I have tried to contact Hisun and can't get anyone on the phone. I am extremely upset! This machine is obviously a lemon and I need a resolution. It only has 37 hours and I'm looking at another 4 months without it!!!Business response

Vin number for the unit is A6HMDWZ0HLBXXXXXX. It was purchased aand serviced at Rural King at *******************************, ** XXXXX on 8/19/20. It was actually taken in an another time right after purchase because 4wd wouldnt work and battery wouldnt charge. The second time when it had 20 hours on it the clutch went out of it and it took 4 months to repair. This time it has 37 hours, which is only 17 more hours than the last time it went in. The machine will run but will not move and the store is telling me it will be at least a month before they can look at it. We have been telling company, dealership closed and place company told us to take vehicle for warranty issues. Last correspondence (email) was sent to Jesse ***** May 27, 2021 and there has been no answer. He sent technician to work on and the next morning would not crank so they came back and worked on it. In two days would not crank. We purchased a new battery which was their solution. We purchased second battery and will not crank. Same thing that has happen after taking to neighbor town to a shop where we were told to take and they would work on it. The new deals sent to us was to take back to the above shop or drive more than six hours and bring back to McKinney, Texas. Shop will not work on because we're not paid for previous warranty work that they had performed. We can not take back to McKinney, Texas because my husband is 74 and I am 73 years old and he is handicapped and we are incapable of driving that far which is why we bought locally. Can you please help us resolve?Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/17) */ The *******'s purchased their unit on or about March 26, 2017. At the time of purchase the unit came with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Even though the unit has been out of warranty since March 29, 2019, Hisun has honored and paid for repairs to the unit. In good will, Hisun sent a mobile technician to the *******'s residence to make repairs to their unit in March 2021. Our mobile technician noted that the unit is very weathered and did not appear to have been properly maintained over the years. The unit was running properly when the technician left the *******'s residence. Upon receiving notice from the consumer that the unit was again not running, we advised her that she could take the unit to a repair facility and Hisun would cover the repairs or the customer could bring the unit to our facilities in McKinney, Texas. Ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility for taking their unit to a service center.
