      Purchased this atv 6/13/20 Have stopped using it only has 300 miles 22 hours the eps steering when going down hills or at speeds above 30 mph is dangerous. Jerking left and right violently going down hill or at higher speeds with out notice. Complained to the dealer said it was a little squirrely but there was nothing he could do about it. Have been trying to sell it ever sense but after a test drive everyone has said the steering was dangerous can not sell it. I need this fixed still under warranty til 6/13 22 but the dealer said there is no repair. It is 2018 hisun tactic two up 1000cc bought as a leftover. I should not have to take a 9k lost for a steering problem.

Customer advised that he will schedule a date/time to bring his unit in for repairs. Hisun's warranty department will take care of the claim when received. Chris At Hisun responded to me In just two days from complaint and set me up with a different dealer that seems to be way more professional than the dealer I bought the four wheeler from.       We purchased in 8/28/2020 a 450 Hisun Sector VIN #A6HMDXZ0VLBXXXXXX. On 5/24/20, the 450 Hisun Sector broke down by jerking and a sound like gears grinding. The unit would go in reverse only but then would start missing. We decided to reach out to Hisun and notify them of our troubles and find a dealer they recommended. We were put in contact with Jonathan Warford at Hisun in Customer Service. Jonathan recommended us to a mechanic shop in Walnut, MS by the name of Brooks Cycle. We took the 450 Hisun to Brooks Cycle a few days later in May. We finally got the 450 Hisun back in late July and mechanic told us he replaced rear drive shaft and muffler. On Sept 23, 2021, the unit started doing the exact same malfunctions and noises it did in 5/21 and we were broken down again. I contacted Jonathan Warford at Hisun in Customer Service by email on 9/24/21 at 11:05 am notifying him that we were having same issues and needed a resolution on the problem. By 9/29 at 10:05am I sent another email because Hisun had not responded to first email on 9/24 or phone calls in between the 24th and 28th. Jonathan never responded by email until 1/5/22 Paul Welch/Hisun emailed us to take to shop. So, we took the unit back to Brooks Cycle for solution. When we picked it up the unit the mechanic told us that he replaced rear drive shaft again and rebuilt engine. The mechanic said engine and rear end do not align correctly, and the only corrective action was Hisun to give us a replacement unit that was right or find a corrective solution. While I was at shop, they showed me several new units from Hisun that he had to repair for same problem. On 4/24/22 for a 3rd time the unit started doing the same exact things the prior 2 times and broke down. At this time the unit is back at Brooks Cycle, and we are filing this complaint because the warranty expires in 8/22 and then we will have to pay out of pocket ever few months for this repair. We feel like this product is a lemon.

      Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/05/18) */ Hisun Technical Support indicates that "misalignment" of drivetrain components is not an issue generally seen in Hisun units. In fact, Brooks Cycle is the only service center to have made this type of claim. Even so, Hisun was willing to replace the rear differential, driveshaft, etc., upon the service center proving their claim of misalignment. Hisun requested that the service center provide clarification and pictures of the drivetrain to corroborate their claim. They refused to do so, claiming they do not have time to send pictures back and forth. It is standard practice for an OEM to request clarification/pictures of such claims. Hisun did receive pictures from the customer after the unit was repaired. Hisun, in good faith, authorized the repairs to the vehicle and those repairs have been completed. Further, Hisun recommends that the customer follow the guidelines stated in the owner's manual of the vehicle for towing capacity and other operating specifications so as to not have additional issues in the future. However, let's get back to pulling or hauling...If your units are not made for hauling why put a dump bed on back?? So now let's address the pulling aspect...If not made for towing why was a trailer hitch installed on unit when we purchased brand new? Sent t0 Paul Welch at Hisun om 5/6/22 who then responded back with email that I have attached admitting the unit keeps failing. Hisun says they received pictures from us with repairs, but we sent the picture to Hisun to show them the unit still has same misalignment of drive shaft that the unit had when it went to shop. Replacing the current drive shaft with another drive shaft, which does not fix this problem because of the misalignment. Hisun either needs to come up with a complete fix of the alignment issue or refund us our money. The drive shaft being 3 times is not the fix if per Paul Welch's @ Hisun it keeps failing....then they need permanent fix. Our warranty expires in August 2022 on a unit that has spent more time in shop with same issue than we have enjoyed riding. We have attached an email on the part failing from Hisun and also the owners manual recommendations for towing and hauling fix which Hisun has tried to tell us is causing the issue in past emails. However, we do not haul or tow anything with this unit. We putt around our neighborhood when unit is not in shop broken down. Hisun claims Brooks Cycle did not provide clarification on drive shaft but yet it is clarified on warranty paperwork provided from Brooks Cycle that they filed with Hisun. Also, if Hisun thinks that they have had a hard time with Brooks Cycle they can only imagine what we have been through. Hisun is the company that told us to take the Sector 450 to Brooks Cycle when Main Street Cycle would not stand behind the 2 year warranty.

      I purchased a Vector 500 from HomeDepot on February 15,2022. Two weeks after purchase a loud squeaky noise from the rear right tire occurred and worsted. Home Depot gave me a phone number to call Hisan Motors which in turn gave 3 service companies to call for repairs. Two of the three do not work on the Vector UTV. Brought the utv to the service company that works on them and now 2 months later it still has not been repaired. Called Hisun Motor Company to get some assistance but was told that they do not have anything to do with the time it takes to repair the utv. We were told by Hisan Motors that we could pick it up and bring it somewhere else. This company along with Home Depot has basically told us too bad your on your own. I would not buy anything from Hisan Motor Company nor their product from a box store.

      Bought a new2017 hisun utv for $12000. From the beginning started noticing minor issues such as mirrors breaking easy windshield of poor quality oil change is extremely hard and expensive to perform doors not closing right etc. was plowing snow noticed some oil in the snow took it to the servicing dealer which was not original seller of the product because they were out of business and was told an engine part had flown through with the crank case and created a hole which necessitated replacing the engine. This would cost over $4000 for just the engine not including the approximate thousand or$1500 more For the labor. The side-by-side had limited hours on it and was like new when this happened. I feel I was sold a lemon facture doesn't want to stand behind just because it was months out of warranty

HiSUN reached out to servicing dealer HiTech Motorsports they did not have any notes other than the customer being quoted for replacement engine. Dealer ownership has since changed so notes may have been lost. Customer complaints were not warranty related , engine failure occurred after expiration of warranty.

      Purchased a Hisun 750cc from Ruralking on 4/01/20. The steering broke around 7/20 and was out service for 2 months. In August of 2021 the unit when for an internal engine problem. As of 1/7/2022 it still has not been fixed. Very frustrated with the service department and the manager Nicolette Long at the Front Royal Va store 540-613-1740.       I purchased a brand new Hisun Strike 550 and it was delivered to my home. I have called the dealer in Jacksonville Fl multiple times as well as Hisun in Tx about the inability to access the engine to check or change oil. They gave me some instructions but what they described was not what I have. Then about 10 months ago what appears to be the transmission began making a metallic racket at speeds over 35mph. I inquired about the warranty and where to take it and both places (Thomasville Ga and Tallahassee Fl) told me they don't work on these. I only used it to putt around my yard and neighborhood so it is far from abused. But for nearly a year I can't get any proper info on warranty or where to take it. I have call McKinney Tx multiple times and they just seem to run me in circles pushing me past my warranty. I have an $11,000 hunk of metal and all Hisun has done is run me in circles.

      Where to begin....this engine (735cc) on 2017 cub cadet challenger 750 is ****! I have had nothing but problems since bought it new in 2017. 1st prob was the cvt belt broke, then engine kept overheating dealership couldnt figure out so fans run constantly when ket is on now. Cooling system keeps getting air pockets in it so have to burp it every so often, the muffler welds broke so it came apart. And now was driving it the other day goin 25mph and it just died. Starter spins but motor wont even sputter or try to start! No warning lights, no bad sounds, just shut off and coasted to a stop. I'm fed up, have shelled out at least $3000 in repair costs and now this. Worst purchase mistake of my life.

      I bought a ********** from ********** in February 2020. The Atv broke the bolt-in cam and knocked a hole in valve cover. Could not find a local business that would work on it because Hisun would not pay shops for warranty work. Had to haul Atv one and half hours to someone that would work on it. Took them 2 months to fix. Drove about month broke down (broke piston) again and took 3 months to fix. Drove about 5 months now it is leaking oil out rear seal in the motor. ********** gave me the run-around and told me to call Hisun. Hisun won't answer calls or return calls. The warranty will be out in February and atv is very undependable. I want a new ATV with an extended warranty or a full refund.

      I bought a hisun 750 sector sxs from Greenville imports and sports in Greenville nc on Jan 5th in 2021. Bought him home and with 5 miles on it broke down. Burnt the solenoid starter and coil up. They fixed it. Fast forward to now with 520 miles on it I took it to the shop bc of loud poping noise coming from the rear of the machine. They said rear end was bad. They supposedly fixed it. I picked it up and came home unloaded it and it started doing the same thing again. There is issues with this machine. I either want a different machine or to be refunded for what I paid

      I bought a side by side from lowes in waycross ga. I have called the hisun company to try and find someone to do warranty work on it, they all tell me we don't work on them products unless you buy them from us. My side by side ain't even 90 days old and having noise knock coming from the motor and the wench quit working. To pay a lot of money for something like this I want it replaced or I want my money back and I'll take my business some where else. I will not refuse anyone to buy from lowes because you can't even get work that needs to be done for them by anyone.
