I am an IT contractor. My contract ended so I went on indeed and I applied for many different jobs. I got an email reply from Globe Life and did the 1st interview then realized that job was not for me. That was 9 months ago they won't stop either contacting me or my references on my resume. On my resume I have three references, Globe life contacts them asking them If I still want a job with Globe life. One of my references tells me every time that contact them about me. I have asked them to stop and they won't stop.Globe Life Inc.

If you cancel a policy and does everything they ask but they are stalling and taking money from your refund it means that I'm about to contact my Attorney. No one answers the phone and you leave a call back number and they don't call you back. Keeping you on hold 40 minutes is ridiculous. Stop ripping people off.Globe Life Inc.

It seems is all they imply is liars. Was told there was no waiting period for cancer claim. That was a lie. When I called about claim I was told policy was not yet in affect at time of service. Agent assured me policy was in affect and no waiting period. Stay away from them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to signing up with them. Now fighting to get refund of my premiums I paid. Time for a class action lawsuit?Globe Life Inc.

I have called twice to get a co beneficiary added to my sons policy. I was assured both times that I would get an email in an hour, and that I could add it to the form and send it back. I messaged them on their website and they replied that they would contact me. So far nothing. Worst customer service ever.Globe Life Inc.

Several weeks ago I was looking for a life insurance and I considered global life well I was going through the application process online and when I got to the Part 2 enter my payment information I decided to hit pause because I wanted to go back and just check my bills and see if I could afford getting this type of coverage well one day went by and a global life representative called me and says ohh you haven't completed your application yet is now a good time for you to complete it and talk to us and I said no it isn't because I was in the middle of doing something else anyway to make a Long story short I went back to my home I happened to live across the street from my parents my dad's got dementia very bad they both have hearing problems my mom is got Glaucoma,and is partially blind well my dad has dementia very bad he crossed a dangerous highway 503 in ** to tell me that global life has called over there six times looking for me I checked my voicemail messages and there were 3 messages on there from three different global life representatives now I called them I said cancel my application they asked me why I said because you called my parents and disturbed them and you are disturbing me the representative said ohh we're sorry *** we'll take your parents number off the application I said you're gonna take both of them off and cancel this application. Now that is horrible customer service global life shame on you got representatives that are too aggressive and too assertive and as far as I'm concerned need to be disciplined. That is bad customer service, so global life I have moved on please do not contact me anymoreGlobe Life Inc.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This company is a JOKE!!!! I have been trying to cancel my policy for over 5 months now. Ive been told numerous times my policy is canceled. Then i get calls from no caller id and i answer because who because who could that be? GLOBE LIFE. Like what is that about? How is that even allowed? Second, they call because they want me to pay for a policy i have CANCELLED OVER 5 times. Then i get paper statements in the mail saying I owe $200+ for policies i CANCELLED! Not only this, when i originally cancelled, i thought i had one policy. Lo and behold they had signed me up for two other policies without telling me. And dont even get me started on trying to call their joke of a business and talk to a real knowledgeable person. Nobody knows anything about insurance at that company. I get misinformation and conflicting information from their agents. I told my employer all of this because this was an employer based life insurance policy. My employer has been trying to cancel to no success. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.Globe Life Inc.

They dont deserve 1 star. They owed me money and said that I got the check and cashed it??? They put it in my wifes name. Not mine. We never got a check I asked to see a copy of the check to see the signature and now they wont respond to me . Told me I had to email them. I did but now they are saying they cant verify me though email. DO NOT GET GLOBAL LIFE. This place is a rip off. Ive already paid ****** and over 10ish years and my policy is only good till Im 95 and Im 85. They are thievesGlobe Life Inc.

Refused to cancel policy after 4 hours. Called this an employee benefit, employer tells me they have nothing to do with it. Feel like I've been hustled-border line scammed. Salesman came in at 7:00 am , called it an employee benefit, talked with all employees, when our HR came in she said it has nothing to do with any new benefits. I called to cancel, said it was too late coverage had started, it was less than 4 hours after the meeting.Globe Life Inc.
