      This is the worse insurance company I ever dealt with. I have term life policy on my husband and it had no cash value after I wanted to terminate it. So I paid on it forever and got nothing for the value of payments. I had polices on my children and were still paying on those and after they turned 21 they would not let me talk to them about so I hope they just don't lose their money I paid on. All other term life policy we had had cash value.

      Worst company & terrible customer service. For months they've been double debting my bank account in 2 separate *********** cannot get them to answer any emails or phone calls. What was supposed to be aprox $90 is currently $300 1 this charge is from globe life & the other is american income life. We did not sign up for this & have not received any information on what I am assuming our two separate policies.?Once they get your information, they run with it. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM!

      I would give them a 0 if I could, worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent the cancellation notice to a wrong email (spelled my name *******, when it's ******) and keep trying to draft the money out of my account for the worthless insurance they sell. They said they can't stop the payments from coming out of my account even after the service is officially cancelled now that they finally sent the cancellation document to the correct email!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

      These people are very pushy while attempting to get new customers. They call you and address you by your first name as if they know you personally, and they call you at the most inconsiderate times. Because of this behavior I have lost interest in starting a policy with them.

      My father had a policy for my autistic son. My father passed away in April and my son became the owner of his policy and he can not own his own policy because its considered an asset and he will lose certain benefits he receive if he owns any assets. Been given the run around trying to transfer his policy in my name. Was told to get a POA for him and now still no policy transfer. Been given the run around for months and will most likely have to cancel the policy that my father has paid on for years but in the process of seeking legal counsel.

      I worked with ***** *****. When I was getting signed up, he was ********* and friendly. However, today I called and told him I needed to cancel my policy because I found a better one through another vendor. He insisted that I stay with the plan I signed up with him. He had an unprofessional attitude and was very abrupt upon giving me the information to cancel the policy. The agent can sign you up, but cannot terminate the policy upon request, which is fishy and makes the process extremely difficult and unnecessary. I also never received my documents in the mail and its been 5-6 months. If you plan on going through with this company, I highly recommend you consider other options.

      AMERICAN INCOME LIFE INSURANCE IS A SCAM. BEEN GETTING CHARGED $30 MONTH FOR WAY LESS COVERAGE THAN I WAS TOLD.

      Got a quote on a policy and more the 60 days later after expressing to them on many occasions we were not interested and had gotten coverage else where they started a policy and began charging. We have spent two weeks and had to write letters and still havnt received the premium back even after they acknowledged they shouldn't have done what they did they said they cannot refund anything. Very shady and frustrating plenty of other less sketchy options out there pick anyone else and your probably better off.

      Very pushy sales reps * they do not stop calling. They send you an invite for a zoom meeting for 15 min and it takes over an hour. They tell you you have to make a decision on the spot. The whole experience was very stressful

      have been paying on my accidental and cancer insurance policy for two years and now when I try to file a claim because my oldest son tore his acl they refuse to go with claim telling me I need proof to show he is my dependent when I gave that to them before i signed me and all of my children up all because his grandma rushed him to the er and signed !! This is my second time filing. A claim on the same child he plays football and broke his wrist a year go and I didnt have all of these problems filing a claim. SMH the reps are very rude and wouldnt cancel my policy ! What a complete waste of money and a scam . I do not recommend this company at all.
