    I bought a house and needed the chimney examined and cleaned. **** notified me he was ahead of schedule and arrived earlier than me appointed time-a plus in my book. **** got busy with checking the whole system out, and reviewed his findings with me. What an education. I was impressed with the science involved and truly appreciated his knowledge and ability to teach me-I have never dealt with a fireplace in the past.

    He installed a new fireplace box and chimney pipe. He wasnt very forthcoming about the whole job after he started the job to everything else that had to be done. Plus he broke some bricks on first install then broke a baffle when he came back. Then he decided not to install screen in the chimney cap because he felt that people in general dont have there chimneys sweep every season. I now have a bird issue because of it and when I contacted him about this on 2 different occasions too. The first time he said that there wasnt one at all. Then after I said that we need to do something he said he would install it for free but charge me $350 trip fee for something that should have been installed in the first place. This business should not be out there scamming people and taking advantage of the situation. I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy stay away because he will scam you. Its a shame that people like **** have no values and dont care about their customers at all
