    Made a purchase on a dump trailer. They were building to spec and long story short delivered a trailer that was not to spec and is unusable for the weight rating we purchased it for. Additionally it was built with the wrong measurements and cannot be pulled via gooseneck with our trucks. I have tried to get a resolution from the owner ***************, the sales manager **** and the ** ***** to no avail.

    I recently bought a 40 ft lowboy trailer from Texas Pride Trailers. Upon picking up the trailer in north Texas, the unit suffered damage from an inexperienced forklift driver. I expressed my disappointment with the damaged trailer to the owner of this company. *************** from Texas Pride got on the phone and said he would build me a new trailer. A few week later *** sent me a brand new trailer with a few new upgrades. I am so pleased with this company and the new trailer. I would recommend any of my contractors friends to Texas Pride Trailers. Thank you ***! You sir are a man of your word!
