  The back side of my house was sinking. I called Slab Masters, and they were EXCELLENT! They came out and did a thorough inspection. Their quote was reasonable and when we scheduled the job, they arrived when they said they would. The work took 2 days and when they left, my house was level, and my back yard was spotless! It looked like they had never been there. Also, the leveling caused a few cracks in my fireplace both inside and outside, they repaired all of them before they left and made my fireplace look perfect! They definitely went above and beyond! Will definitely recommend them to anyone asking!!

  Met with ***************** for a bid. We went over all the points of the job. He came up with a plan & a price. He brought his crew out & they were able to do the whole job in one day while I was at work. He met me after I got off work & showed me all that had been done to include a couple extra places where they added more bracing. I am extremely pleased with their work & I highly recommend ************************ team are consummate professionals.

  **** and his team have always been very professional and courteous from the beginning of each project to the finish. They are very knowledgeable and have the experience to meet all my expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend **** at East Texas Slab Masters and will use them for my next project.

  I tried to contact Slab Masters and I didn't receive a reply till the next day, an appointment was set and no one showed up. I've yet to hear from them.

  This is my fault. Yesterday (May 3, 2023) I thought I had called all afternoon appointments to reschedule. This morning (May 4, 2023) I realized I had not called to reschedule your appointment. One of our salesmen tried to call you to reschedule and you had decided to go another route. I can't imagine the frustration and disappointment you have felt over this. Your time was wasted and it was my fault. I know this appears to be an unprofessional blunder. My sincerest apology for making this mistake. In the future, if you decide to give us a try we won't let you down again.

  I had an issue with cracking around a door frame that was running all the way to the ceiling, caused primarily by sinking of a corner wall, but made a lot worse by sinking of an adjoining exterior deck. I didn't even realize that East Texas Slab Masters could address decking issues, but they certainly did! **** is responsive, attentive, and very good about explaining the root cause of problems and how his company can fix them. When his crew arrived at my house to start work, they were polite, professional, and had the problem resolved in about three hours. The crack was closed and the deck **************! The crew boss, *****, explained everything the guys were doing as they went along, and was happy to answer my incessant questions. Once they were done, they cleaned up and it looks like they were never even there. Very happy with the service and the work, will definitely use East Texas Slab Masters in future if I have any more foundation problems.

  After being made aware of a possible foundation issue I requested an inspection from East Texas Slab Masters. ***** came out and performed an extensive inspection all around the house. He explained the tolerances for our foundation and determined no leveling was required at this time. He was polite, professional and took the time to suggest drainage improvements to help avoid future problems. I will definitely be using East Texas Slab Masters for any future foundation repairs I may encounter.

  Goodness, what a wonderful honest and dependable company. **** and his crew turned our unbalanced brick, slab **** home into a stable level home, 3.8" leveled with their expertise. It was a bit scary when they went 11 ft. down to bedrock to make the first pier to go to 20 more piers knowing the ***** loam soil in East Texas usually sits on red ***** Great team, done in 3 days and....checked back 2 weeks later, after all the rain, to secure and touch up what needed attention, which was very minimal. Left area clean and no pickup for us to take care of. They came inside 3rd day, am, to inject the cracks etc.in slab with a liquid foam that turns hard, now all is ready for new flooring or tile. Like new and so solid. Alot less road noise and much quieter all around. The Foam also fills the voids under the slab that had caused the sinking of the foundation. Rolled out plastic on all walkways used in the home to keep it clean. The foam comes thru 2 hoses, they are also wrapped in plastic. We had moved valuables and anything that might be in the way to make things easier for them without any breakage. Thank you, ****, your tenured team at East Texas Slab Masters.
