    Somehow got redirected to them from the *** website. I'm not sure how this happened but it seems like a recurring issue. Not sure how these scum bags are not in jail. I have requested a refund but have received 0 response from them.

    Tax ID Support is a SCAM. They charged us $295 to file an EIN, which is free to do. They pose as the *** and scam people by charging them almost $300 for a FREE service- filing for an EIN. Do NOT trust **************************.

    I had a disappointing experience with [Company Name], which resulted in an unnecessary charge of $295 for what I initially believed was an IRS-related service. After following a link that appeared to lead to an official IRS site, I completed a form only to discover later that this exact service is provided for free on the actual *** website.This company did not clearly indicate that it was unaffiliated with the ***, which led to confusion and ultimately a charge that shouldnt have been incurred. While *** requested a refund and am waiting on their response, I feel that more transparency is needed, especially when dealing with services connected to government departments.I urge others to verify services directly on official websites before paying for anything through third-party providers. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and out $295.

    This website scammed me $250 .I called to cancel and request for refund.they promised to refund it's been 2 months and nothing .Took my money and never offered any services .. anyone know of a government institution I need to report them to so they can stop scamming people? Their address and phone number are in their site ..

    Star rating minus five.I was looking online for the *** site to request a EIN. Was redirected to this site accidentally. I went ahead and submitted the completed form. Waited 24 hours and heard nothing. Realized that in the past I would receive the number almost instantaneously. Re-looked online and applied for EIN on *** website and got the number. Returned to this erroneous site and canceled immediately. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN WHATSOEVER. My credit card bill was received and I was charged $250 twice. Yes, two times. I immediately filed a notice with my credit card company (Citibank) and asked to have the charges reversed for both charges., They researched and denied the request for reversal. I have tried to reach the company but the phone line is always busy. At this point I am going to try to file a fraud complaint with Citibank.

    Is is possible to give negative star ratings? I was on the IRS.gov website and somehow ended up somewhere else while requesting an EIN for a new LLC that our attorney set up. I've done this before and I know that getting an EIN is a FREE service. Next thing I know my AmEx is charged $250. I received no receipt and on my AmEx statement there's a website and phone number listed, both of which are bogus.Obviously, law enforcement is swamped with online criminal activity. Hopefully, the authorities will be able to one day visit ****** and put the cuffs on him.

    I also somehow got redirected from the ***.gov site. I contacted them on July 5, ************************************************************************************************************************* 7-10 business days and that I would get an email. I have not received an email and followed up twice. I would appreciate a response about the refund.

    If I could give a lower star I would. I too thought like many other said I was on the actual IRS website. Realized too late and was charged , I immediately cancelled the same day via email. Received a response saying I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days . Continuously reached out to check the status of my refund. No response . Was forced to dispute. Entire website and company a SCAM. These are con artist
