    As many have said this company is charging $250 for a service that is free on the *** website. My wife was routed from the *** website to this site and didn't realize it at the time. Shady company for sure. The company was not willing to refund the $250 charge so I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

    They don't even deserve 1 star! They are ripping people off. They did it to me too. It's replicated so well, I didn't even realize I was being re-routed. This company should definitely be shut down AND the states should send out a notice. Most people probably don't have any idea how much it cost to get a EIN so probably feel the like fee seems legitimate.

    I got scammed from this company as well. I thought it was an actual IRS website that I was applying to for an IEN number. They have supposedly refunded me my $250 but my card company says they have never received anything. They keep sending me a supposed transaction # but they cannot tell me whether or not my card company cashed it. Do not use this company! I really wish I had done my research before I handed them over $250 that I will never see again.

    I was applying for an business EIN number and was rerouted to a site that charged me $250. I was on the *** site. I knew applying for an EIN number was free but when it rerouted me I just assume that maybe the *** was now charging for this. Super upset. Want my money back. This business should be shut down.

    Tax ID Support is a scam folks. Go only to IRS.gov to get EIN. If you have to pay to get an EIN then you are on the wrong site.

    Like everyone else here I was in a hurry and thought I was on the IRSs site and without even thinking about it paid the $250. I never heard from them . When I called then for a refund they refused to refund my money. This is a complete scam company. Go directly to IRS.gov to get an EIN for free.

    Update - I have since received in the mail something from this scam company that is presented as if it came directly from the *** to again try and trick me , the customer into thinking I had purchased an EIN directly from the ***. I will be using this as further evidence of their legally criminal intent & morally criminal gaslighting against vulnerable and naive Americans .
