    Very detailed report. ***** crawled in every nook and cranny. Things he found that we didnt see made use turn down a house we loved, saved us a lot of headaches (&$$).

    The Best money I have ever spent. I live 730 miles from where I am moving. Would like to buy or build. I found an old house, almost purchased it but decided to have it inspected. ***** was my first contact, she was great. Explained the process, answered all kind of questions. She assured me that the inspection would find any problems. ******* was my inspector.He had to talk with friends to make arrangements to get in the house. He was so nice to have wait on calls etc. Did he ever find problems. I could not believe what I was reading when I received the report. The report 30+ pages. The house was all but falling down. It was hard to believe that a house in that condition would be sold to anyone. I am still impressed with *******. ******* save me a lifetime of regret. I was willing to demolish the house and build but the lot could not be built on without a lot of excavation. Thank you ****** and *******. I have decided to build and I will have ******* inspect my new home before I sign the closing papers. ***** and ******* are an asset to Camelot Home Inspections.     ****** worked with me to get someone out to do the inspection the next day because we had a time crunch. She was kind and went above and beyond to reassure me and make sure everything was organized. Then, when ***** showed up the next day he was amazing! He treated me like family, was very honest and *****. He went above what was expected of him and did so while sweating profusely, because the a/c in the property was not on! Camelot Home Inspection came highly recommended by my realtor and I can see why.
