    I used Camelot Home Inspection for two properties I was considering purchasing, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. **** was our inspector for both homes, and he was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything he found in detail and answered all of my many questions with expertise and care. His insight gave me peace of mind during what can be a stressful *********** of the most helpful parts of the experience was the detailed inspection report they provided. It included clear photos and thorough descriptions of all the findings, which made it easy to understand and reference later on.Scheduling the inspections was also seamlessBrian was fantastic to work with and was able to accommodate us on short notice. Camelot is military-friendly, and they even offer a discount for repeat customers, which was a great bonus.I truly have nothing but good things to say about this company, especially **** and *****. I highly recommend Camelot Home Inspection to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused service.

    Working with Camelot was a breeze from start to finish. ****** was super friendly, and ***** really went above and beyond to get us our inspection results quickly. We were impressed by how detailed and thorough ***** was, especially since we're out of town. He made sure we had all the info and pictures we needed and answered every question. Highly recommend Camelot for a professional and thorough inspection!

    I selected Camelot Home Inspections because they had a reputation for being thorough, and they were. I am very satisfied and would hire them again if needed. I am even contemplating hiring them to do a pre-inspection on my current home that I plan to put on the market soon.

    ***** made it out to the home I have under contract. I was unable to attend, so he called me after the inspection to explain everything in detail. They were very quick, performing the inspection within 2 days of me contacting them. The report was very detailed and his notes are easy to follow. ***** was very nice on the phone and requested that I call him back if I had any questions or concerns. Top notch service and communication.

    My wife and I were looking for a home in the Tyler **** and got in touch with Camelot Home Inspections to handle the inspection for us once we found the home we were looking for. A few words on this review really doesn't give ***** the credit he deserves. Once ***** was finished with the inspection, he had discovered so many Red Flags that the normal buyer wouldn't have noticed. It was hard to believe a home could have been built with so many problems and building code issues. We couldn't help but think, how a home could be built and sold for honest people to live in with this many construction, wiring, and plumbing problems. Needless to say, we didn't purchase the home, and ****** professionalism and honesty saved us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs and headache that we would have had if not for him. ***** is very professional and up front with you, explaining things in laymen's terms so the buyer completely understands what he is looking at. This is my first time ever to give a review of any kind, but this guy needs a 6 out of 5 stars instead of 5/5 stars. I would highly recommend ***** and Camelot Home Inspections to anyone trying to look out for their own best interest.

    We are out of state and looking at a home to buy in the Tyler/******* ***** We wanted a home inspection to aid us in our decision to make an offer or not. We weren't able to give a whole lot of notice but *************** said "not a problem"! ***** did a very thorough inspection report complete with about a hundred pictures! Because we were not able to be present for the inspection, ***** even called us to explain the ****************** We could not be happier with the response and thoroughness of the services we received from ***** and Camelot inspections!!!
