Extremely dissatisfied with the treatment of customers by this company. I find it laughable that the company was founded on the simple rule "to treat others as we would like to be treated." I, for one, know I want to be treated as a valued customer. I want to keep the things that I EARNED. I want to be part of a true rewards program, not a fake one. I bet most others feel the same way. I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years. I have been a card holder for at least 30 of those years. I will no longer do business with this company, and I will urge as many people as possible to take the same stance. Having a policy in place to take away an earned rewards is ridiculous and NOT treating others as you would like to be treated. I spent a lot of money to earn that reward and it should not be taken away from me because I changed my mind about a product that I purchased using said reward. Doing so shows your customers exactly how you DON'T value them as customers. It only shows that the company just wants more money in their pockets. The thousands of dollars that I spend at this company yearly will now go to a company that does value their customers and doesn't have a fake rewards program. JCPenney should take note of Kohls rewards program, they have it figured out.
