            The dealership gave me a vehicle with tags that expired the same day leaving me without transportation. The dealership said the system was down a theyd give me tags an a key for the truck the next day. Immediately blocking mine and my wifes phone number a giving me the run around in person. I feel like the dealership is hiding something or scamming me in some way since the bank I financed with says ** still waiting approval a they already gave me the truck a took the down payment.

            Bought a vehicle from *****, with the expectations that the vehicle was in good working order. After test driving and noticing a few things they immediately fixed. Three months after the vehicle was purchased with an extended warranty, the vehicle stopped running the warranty company will not cover the repair and the vehicle has been in the shop to be repaired for three months. The ** strike has delayed shipment of the part. At least ****. Dollars in repair cost. Drive time refuses to help.

            Your name, ***************************, cannot be found anywhere in our data base and we have no record of you purchasing a car at our dealership.  We are not aware of one of our warranty companies turning down a large repair either.  You referenced Drive Time, we are not Drive Time.  You did not mention the ** vehicle you purchased and, consequently, we could not try and track by the vehicle.  We are sorry to hear about your troubles but we cannot track a sale under ***************************.
