The dealership gave me a vehicle with tags that expired the same day leaving me without transportation. The dealership said the system was down a theyd give me tags an a key for the truck the next day. Immediately blocking mine and my wifes phone number a giving me the run around in person. I feel like the dealership is hiding something or scamming me in some way since the bank I financed with says ** still waiting approval a they already gave me the truck a took the down payment.Business response

Our business cannot block numbers because we are land lines and we have a roll over system so that no calls are missed. The ***** system that prints buyer's tags,,was blocked for us the day you bought because I had deleted an administrator that had retired and they needed a paper notarized. Your paper tag was available the next day but you did not show up by the time we closed. You had told us you would be by before closing to have it put on you truck. EZ Key cannot go out on base to make keys so ***** had explained to you that we had to coordinate the two of you meeting at our lot so that we could pay EZ Key. That coordination happened within three days of your purchase. You and your wife were fully approved when you left our lot in the truck. Unfortunately, your wife told the bank she was self employed when she di not understand what that term meant. I had already verified her employment and I was able to provide the bank the contact name and number of her supervisor at the day care. We called you the Monday after you bought on Saturday to arrange the key being made and you stated that we had blocked your number, yet we had you call us right back and we answered. We are assuming you were calling an erroneous number and they may have blocked you for bothering them. We have been in Killeen at this carlot for 30 years and no one has ever accused of us blocking our land line number. It is impossible with a roll over system. I hope this clarifies the situation, thanks. The Baileys can pick up their metal plates and registration whenever they have time to stop in. ***** Hodge, co-owner
