How does the Taxpayer Number work? Does it need to be verified?
When you register your account or checkout an order, you will be ableto add a Taxpayer Number to your billing address. This number is usedto make your next purchases on buydevis.com tax exempt.Since we need to verify that the number you have provided is correct,you will not be able to purchase without taxes until you receive aconfirmation e-mail from our Customer Service. The confirmation of yourTaxpayer Number takes usually 24/48 hours.To be verified as soon aspossible, please remember to complete your profile account with all theinformation needed, such as your name, your surname and the completeaddress.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
While our delivery teams are extremely careful and cautious, if thereis any visible merchandise damage, please notify our Customer Serviceteam at 254-247-1919 or email us at [email protected] within 48 hours ofdelivery. You will need to provide your Order ID and SKU of the damagedproduct. When possible, we will promptly repair or replace the damageditem.
