I ordered some chairs 4 months ago - and I'm still waiting for delivery. Every time I contact them, I'm told there is an issue with the post office. I want a refund.Business response

Dear Value Customer, as we wrote you the shipping company is doing an investigation regarding your order, since the chairs are shipped from Italy there are two customs involved. The Italian company is in charge not us. We are helping you to get your chairs or your refund. We appreciate your patience. We're doing our best to help you. Thank youCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:My purchase was done in good faith in August of 2021. The order has not been delivered. I simply want a refund of my money. The company keeps saying this is a customs issue or cannot find my order. This is not my problem. I have waited long enough.

Hello,
as we asked many times we need a document from US Postal Service declaring that you never received the items in order to open a claim from our side and get paid. Just send us that document asap to expedite your refund. Thank you
