      The employees are making the pizza and touching the food with bare hands no gloves not washing their hands walking around with phone in their hands. Blocking off half of the restaurant so people cant sit over there more than 5 families in the restaurant and only 2 pizzas out. Out of ice. Out of tea.

      On Tuesday, 25th of July 2023, I ordered online for pick up, and paid by credit card a Popper Party Pack includes 2 Giant Pizza and poppers pepperoni 12ct for $28.85. I work for MDAnderson only 20 min away. Due to heavy traffic on Hwy 6 North, I had to take an alternative route. It took an hour to get home. So, I called Cicis pizza to explain the heavy traffic and I want to cancel my order. I asked the representative to refund my credit card, too. He asked his manager, and he or she reports going online and canceling the order, the credi card will be credited back. So, I went online, and there is no option to cancel an order or refund a credit card. I called Cicis Pizza back to talk with a manager on duty. I explained that I had to cancel my order due to heavy traffic. I ordered online by credit card yesterday. I never picked up my pizzas. The hispanic manager with a heavy accent was super rude. I had to explain to him 3 times what happened. He says he can't refund my money or give me a credit because the incident happened on Tuesday 25th of July. I told him I would write a review about the incident.

      On June 26, 2023 I ate at Cicis Pizza Im ****** ***** to eat at the buffet. Within 20 mins of being there I went to drink my tea and instantly noticed something was wrong and I could taste something terrible. I immediately began trying to spit it out and I was spitting out large white chunks. I ran to the bathroom and started throwing up. The employees trying telling me it was sugar-thats impossible its pre made tea and sugar dissolves. They later said they believed that something was in the cup and when I put the ice and drink in it, it floated to the top and I drank it. It was definitely some sort of a cleaning supply ie a detergent or soap. No employees or the manager apologized EVER. They didnt even refund me my full amount for the meal (which they originally didnt want to do at all) and I left the store sick.

      I went to the restaurant on Saturday, June 24th 2023. I got one buffet dinner for ****. Today on Monday, June 26th my charge was updated to *****. I was charge extra for something that I did not request or receive while at the restaurant. I called the restaurant to get light on the charge and immediately upon calling the worker knew exactly why I was calling and told me that it was a scam and it was nothing that they could do about it. That it was not them that increased the charge and its not there fault or problem. I was then lied to and told that the owners Information would be given to me because It is not my fault that someone scammed the restaurant. My information should be protected at any merchant I go to and if it is not then the restaurant is responsible. I need my money back immediately and I feel as though I should receive something for the major inconvenience as well as the poor treatment from the General Manager ***********************. After contacting the merchant I tried to call back because the phone number given was not a working number and then the business phone was going straight to voicemail and eventually saying that the line is no longer available.

      I took my wife and daughter to **** Pizza for my daughter's birthday on April 10. I don't remember the time off hand. Cici Pizza is a buffet. When we got our salads and drinks, there was hardly any pizza at the buffet. Everybody was moving in two speeds, slow and stop. One female in pigtails was on her phone almost the whole time we were there and you can tell by the way she was laughing and giggling that it wasn't a business phone call. We got a couple slices of pizza that had been up there awhile. All this time, we are waiting for them to bring out more pizzas but that never happened. I don't know how long we waited, but it was a good bit from the time we arrived, so my wife went up to tell them that they need to get more pizzas out. They laughed at her and made a smart remark that didn't set to well. That's when my wife told them that customers have been waiting and they need to get off their phone do their job. That's when the two females escalated the situation and started yelling and the other female not in pig tails even dropped the * bomb which really escalated the situation. That is when we started to record them. This led to a huge argument and us leaving. I filled out two online complaints with two follow up emails when I didn't hear back from the company and still haven't. And the one with the pig tails is supposed to be a manager.Bottom line, the employees created this issue by not doing their jobs, not honoring what we paid for, being disrespectful to customers, then escalating the situation by yelling and using the *-bomb. There was a family who came in and left immediately when they saw what was going on and we did tell them good luck getting any fresh pizza because they aren't doing their jobs.I would like somebody from CORPORATE to contact me. They need to terminate that whole staff from that day for being lazy, on the cell phones, not doing their jobs, then escalating it to a bad level. I have multiple videos.

      December 21, 2022-placed order for cheesy bread and tried to use free drink coupon I had online. Manager said I had to purchase buffet to use it. There was nothing in the fine print that I had to purchase anything. Manager was argumentative so I left. I called corporate and talked to someone who read the coupon and agreed with me. She got someone higher up the corporate ladder to call me. After some heated discussion, the new supervisor promised me a free buffet coupon in the mail. Not only did I not get the coupon, my account was deleted and I couldn't start a new one.

      The service in ******, ** was horrible me and my family literally waited over 30 minutes for pizza to be put on the buffet line and then when it was put out it was under cook, we asked the manager for a refund and she refuse because we didn't receive a receipt but we paid $62.03 for 5 adults and one child, she was very rude and nasty with us. I really want to call the local news station and do a report on the store because this is ridiculous and it was not even busy at the time we arrived all we wanted was our money back because she couldn't provide the service of the reasturant. I want my money back.

      I ordered online delivery for CiCi's pizza like I often do. I received an email stating there was a problem with my order and I needed to contact the Athens GA, Atlanta Hwy location. When I did I was told that they did not see my order and I would not be charged because they did not have a order for me. I looked at my credit card and it had been charged for the amount of my order which was $24.81. I called back and Max that called himself a manager stated he would not refund my money and I had to contact the corporate office. I said this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I believe the location did not want to complete my order so the manager Max cancelled my order. When I asked for the corporate number Max said he would not give it to me and I would have to look it up online and hung up on me.

      I ordered online pick up for Cicis pizza. My order was was a large meat pizza, a medium cheese pizza, and two dessert pizzas. I picked up my food and got home and saw that they put a medium sized meat pizza in a large box and not an actual large pizza. I called the store and no one answered. So I sent a message online and still got no reply.

      This guest filed an online report on 10/16/22 at 12:12 PM. The report was finalized and sent to the operator of the location at 4:42. We allow 72 hours for our operators to respond to our guest. The guest should be hearing from the operator very soon to resolve the issue.

      The workers were eating the pizza they grabbed with their own hands their was food all over the floor a long with spilled drinks,food on the tables. The workers were using foul language and weren't respectful at all.
