  I am extremely disappointed with the disorganization and lack of professionalism at [Business Name]. When I reactivated my membership this year, I was mistakenly assigned to the ****** location instead of ******, where I have always attended. This has caused multiple issues, but the most frustrating experience happened recently.After skipping January due to a family emergency, I called to reactivate my account and was told by ******* that I only needed to pay $299, which I did immediately. She assured me that my account was in good standing, and I even received confirmation messages. However, later that same evening, they attempted to charge me again without my knowledge. Thankfully, the transaction was flagged as a duplicate and didnt go through.I called again the next day to verify that everything was fine and was reassured that my account was active. But when I drove an hour to my scheduled appointment at the ****** location, I was met with complete confusion. My account showed as suspended, the receptionist had no idea how to fix it, and I ended up having to call ******* againonly for her to be dismissive and unable to explain her mistake.I was left waiting for over an hour, completely embarrassed, and still denied my appointment despite having proof of payment and confirmation messages. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is unacceptable.I expect businesses like this to value their members' time and money, but instead, I was given misinformation, charged incorrectly, and treated with indifference when trying to resolve the issue. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership herecustomer service is inconsistent, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

  This is my favorite med spa. I genuinely just enjoy the overall vibe. I own and operate several businesses near some of Secret Medspas locations and we've both launch many events partnering together. Many of our employees are frequent patrons of their services and speak very highly of them. Personally, I've been on their medical weight loss injections program for about 2 months now and have lost nearly 15lbs. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews, but losing 15lbs is huge for me and I really just so happy about it I had to share it with the world! ****

  IS THERE A ZERO RATING??? I went to *****, ** location for ******** lines to be filled. I told the injector( her first name starts with A) that l had very thin skin. ( You would think she would see this) I knew a light-weight filler would be needed and without use of canulla bc it bruises thin skin terribly and the filler cannot be guided or the amount injected controlled. I had a prior canulla experience so l was aware of possible damage. I told her to use a small needle bc it would not bruise. She didn't listen. She's a young "know it all".No matter what l told her about my skin, it's texture and prior work done, in order to receive best results,she didn't listen. She filled the area on the right side below my bottom jaw to correct a Marietta line. Who does this? The other side she used canulla (which bruised for 3 weeks) and shot a waud into my "upper" jaw. IT looked like the lop-sided work of a moron. I went back and said "this won't fly'. So another injector said she would dissolve it.. OH, ok! I thought anything had to be better than current mess. BUT, because of the heaviness of filler it stretched the skin in bottom jaw and SAGGED. Once removed it did not bounce back but drooped from my eyes down. I looked worse than when l first walked in. They refunded my money, but it doesn't make up for damage that can't be reversed. I went back again and asked that they attempt to fix their enormous ERROR IN JUDGMENT at their EXPENSE (a huge risk on my part) but they refused. Told me to go to another spa bc they didn't have right equipment or the light-weight filler that l needed. NOW they tell me. Knowing this in advance would have been beneficial!! I could have walked out. I'm sure finding another spa is God watching over n protecting me from scammers like these. IT APPEARS FROM OTHER'S REVIEW, THIS IS A PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR ON HOW ALL THEIR FRANCHISES OPERATE. THE *** will **** you in with friendliness, but then stab you in back.. Watch out for her!!

  I went in for filler. Smile lines and under eye. After the treatment almost immediately i had hard lines and bumps in my face, which i was told would subside. It did not. I reached out to the lady that injected ******** asked me to give it a little more time & if not to come in to get it dissolved. I gave it more time, it did not subside so i went in to have it dissolved. I spent about $1600 to have filler in my face, incorrectly for only 2 months. I spoke to management that informed me i would be given a VIRTUAL consultation with the head nurse to see if there was anything else they could do to help with placement of the filler. I received a PHONE CALL with a nurse pretending to be very nice, asking for information, never a video or zoom call, and after the conversation was finished she got off the phone letting me know she would recommend a refund seeing as though i spent so much money and was not only not satisfied but i received a botched job. She told me i would be hearing from someone soon. That didnt happen. I had to call them back, again, again, and again. After finally speaking with someone after several phone calls i was informed they made the decision that nothing was wrong medically (even though i NEVER received the VIRTUAL consultation that i was told was used to determine if anything could have been done differently) with the filler placement even though the result of the filler was hard lines and bumps in my face so they would not be refunding me any money.

  They charged me for a service I didnt receive (chin filler) I thought it was really high for lips and dysport, (like 2800$) but didnt think to check until recently I logged on to make an appointment and noticed what I had been charged for on my previous appointment and it was itemized with chin filler being 1500$ I did not receive this service and they owe me 1500$ No one will respond when I reach out to them.
