    The cooperation of Its A Secret Med Spa is cheating people out of money. They opened 2 locations that abruptly closed. Several people bought packages and when the spa closed, they lied about paying people what they were owed. They sent pictures of fake checks that they said were in the mail. I was cheated out of over *******. I fought for over 5 months to get my money and when I thought I was close, I was again scammed. They even went as far as sending me an e-mail asking if I received the return. I told them no and to please stop the check they sent and please send a new one via ***************. I even went as far as telling them to take the fee for the *************** out of what they owed me. They then completely ghosted me, not returning e-mail and not calling me back after several messages were left. If they can do this in *******, they can easily do this at their locations in *****. I ask that you please help me try to get my money back and make things right.

    On Monday, December 2, 2024, I sent an email regarding the cancellation of my appointment (12/1/2024) due to the unexpected closing of the store. The day before, I had called to reschedule my appointment for a later time and spoke to someone who assisted me with this.This business requires an advance payment for multiple sessions. I had paid for a total of three sessions but only received two. I emailed them about my concern and requested a refund for the third session that I did not receive. I was informed that I would receive a check in the mail; however, it never arrived. I have been following up with them ever since. I have sent multiple emails with their corporate office and called their number and left voice messages yet have not heard anything back. Their reviews are flooded with hundreds of people who have not received refunds and are unable to contact anyone regarding this matter. I am to be owed $259 and have never heard back after countless emails and voice messages.

    Its a secret med spa opened in west loop ******* and in August and I had signed up for an annual membership to receive a discount in monthly services. I was able to claim services for August, September, October and November. I had an appointment scheduled for December, but without notice, on the day of my appointment, I found out all the locations in ******** had closed without warning. I had learned through my esthetician when I asked her about it and then finally received an email about it a few days later. She told me to email **************************************** and they confirmed that because they didnt have plans to open locations in ******** that I would get a refund for the remaining unclaimed months ($2192.68) via check in 6-8 weeks. Its been 3 months and have not received a check nor have they confirmed that its been sent out. Last email they stated they would reach out to accounting but then was ghosted after that. Ive left voice messages and have tried to reach out through their website with no response.

    02/28/25 - Obtained a ***** treatment that resulted in malpractice. Too many units were given unnecessarily causing a deformation on the right eyelid. Same day I paid for the "Morpheus 8" treatment because they stated the special was only for that day. I paid with my credit card ending 3980 the amount of $2811.88 and schedule an appointment for such treatment on 03/08/25.03/06/25 - Called the Spa at ************ at 5:24pm CT and receptionist cancelled the appointment and after asking for the refund due to the awful experience, she stated only the manager could provide the refund.03/07/25 - Went in person at 9:48am and the triage lady said the manager was not in and that she will call me.03/07/25 - Received a call from a person named ******* (not the manager) from a phone ************ at 11:34am, who stated they can't give me a refund because it was promotion, that she was willing to give a a refund for the ***** due to the malpractice situation, however I demanded my funds back since I WILL not get any procedures from the spa and that I NEVER received the Morpheus 8 service. At that point she stated she will call me at 3pm and never called me back. I called her number at 4:09 pm and 4:22pm and no answer. Called the spa line at 4:23pm, put me on hold for 11 minutes with no answer, called again at 4:43pm and went to voicemail. I called again at 5:31pm ad 5:33 pm and still no answer. So, I decided to go in person again and I showed up at 5:45pm and I was told that all manager only work from 9am to 5pm.03/08/25- Went to the Spa in person again at 2:20pm, where the receptionist stated that no manager was available and she provided the copy of the form "NOT SIGNED" at all, where it only shows the purchase.03/10/25 - No response from anybody and they are avoiding my calls.They dont want to give me a refund for the service I never received .

    It is impossible to unsubscribe for getting messages from this company:On my cellphone - I have no record of ever using their services - I get daily/ weekly/ monthly texts promoting their products - When I report them as junk and report nothing happens, the messages keep arriving On email - I receive by weekly emails from them - When I click on the unsubscribe I get a "This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information."

    I purchased medical services from Its A Secret Med Spa for $7,500. I went through their financial servicing and have paid a total of $1,377.26 to date, with none of the medical services having been used at this time. My medical status changed and I am not longer able to use the services. I have sent the doctors note as required per the T&Cs within the required time frame and should be getting a complete refund. I received acknowledgment that I should be getting this refund but they have not processed this. It has been over 30 days and there are no responses since the acknowledgment. They are holding funds for services not provided.
