    "NorthStar Anesthesia was sent all the necessary insurance information for my surgery and never filed the claim and sold the bill to a credit agency despite me sending in the information multiple times. I am now being billed for over $9000 for a surgery that was fully covered by my insurance if the company would of did their part in submitting the claim."
