    ***** has been to my home twice now and is always so professional and efficient. Today he installed a new faucet in my kitchen and reset 2 toilets. He also hooked up my washer after the packers failed to do so. It is refreshing to experience someone who is proud of their work.

    They had my 70 year-old mom waiting for three days for a service appointment for a broken ** and they never showed up for the they gave her 3 days in a row. were still waiting for them to come and fix the ** unit they installed less than a year ago and we paid more than $10,000.They are the worst very unprofessional.

    Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Walked me through scenarios and prices without pressure. They were able to fix the problem at the lowest price. Walked me through suggestions that could help again in the future. Again no pressure, just good information based on my situation. I was very happy with the overall outcome and experience. I would call them again without hesitation.

    This is the third time I have used rescue rooter. Each and every time they were punctual and completed water leak evaluation, copper pipe leak fixed, and tightened my leaking toilet. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the technicians that were sent!

    I had 2 gas water heaters installed in upstairs attic by Jose. I wanted them connected in parallel. Jose understood and implemented my request. He also insulated the copper pipes very well and final cleanup was excellent.
