In September of 2021, I had a circuit breaker go bad. I called up Mr. Sparky to come out an take a look. They informed me that my circuit breaker needed to be replaced. I have a newer home and asked if this breaker was under warranty, and they advised me it was not. Not knowing anything about this, I accepted their answer. The technician proceeded to tell me that the remining 5 breakers were on the verge of going bad as well and needed to be replaced. I went ahead and agreed to the work. A few months later I found out that all my circuit breakers were still under warranty and I was lied to. I spent a total of $1,741.38. I filed a complaint against the company with Authority Brands and a field manager/supervisor by the name of William called. I was not able to answer that call, he left a voicemail. Since then, I have left 5 messages for him to return my call to discuss and all 5 calls have been ignored. I am requesting that all labor for the install of the 5 circuit breakers be refunded since I purchased under the assumption that I needed all circuit breakers needed to be replaced and they were not under warranty. I will NEVER use this company again, nothing but lies and deceit.
