    If there were an option for zero stars that would be more of an accurate description for the absolutely horrid customer service of this **********************. I order cups and paid extra to have them printed with 1 color imprint. During the ordering process I was not able to upload my artwork. I immediately sent a ticket (a ridiculous way to handle customer service issues for custom printed products) explaining that I was not able to upload artwork and needed to know how to send artwork for my order. They responded saying I ordered a blank and my order was already shipped ?? when you call customer service you sit on hold and then you are talking to a call center in *****. They have absolutely zero interest in actually resolving issues and only blame the customer. When I asked to speak to a manager they said it would be 2-3 days before a manager could reach me. 4 days later I got an email saying a manager was not available.

    We have received payment for the Blank product option as per the order/invoice details. The ticketing system is not typically the immediate way of making changes and a phone call would be recommended.

    However, we understand that the order did not go as per your preference and we would not mean to disappoint you any further. We can send a prepaid return label to take back the cups for a full refund.

    Deceptive, Unprofessional, and Frustrating Avoid at All Costs I ordered custom tote bags from Imprint.com on March 10 with an estimated delivery of March 25plenty of time before my event on April 4. It wasnt enough. Everything about the experience was disorganized, evasive, and misleading.I was told on March 24 that the bags were nearly done. On April 2, they admitted they were still in production and the earlier update was incorrect. Despite the estimated delivery date, they claimed they werent responsible for delays unless I had paid for guaranteed rush deliverya detail buried or missing on the site.They tried to charge me $500 to expedite shipping (later negotiated to $380), then still missed the promised date. On the delivery day, I got a voicemail saying they needed confirmation to shipeven though the order was already late. Their own delay became my problem.Customer service was vague and frustrating. One rep stopped replying when asked how many bags had been printedlater admitting they hadnt even started. Another call lasted over an hour with constant holds and communication issues. Their website was also unreliable: our order status wasn't accurate and support tickets lacked any actual ********* make things worse, leaving a review on their site is intentionally difficult. You have to email or submit a ticket to even try. The reviews featured on their homepage use stock photosI did a reverse image search. This raises serious concerns about authenticity.Bottom line: Do not trust this company. They operate without transparency or accountability, and the stress, delays, and hidden fees simply arent worth it.

    Ordered branded cups and they turned out great! I picked the wrong color originally and submitted a request to change it and they promptly confirmed. They also were quick to follow up with me about the logo I uploaded being the wrong file type, which would have made the print blurry. They helped me get it right and I appreciated all of that! Plus, they still managed to print and ship on time

    I ordered custom printed cups and they arrived smudged and severely scraped. I was told this happened due to shipping and that some of the bottoms one scrape because they have to ship them stacked. Well - 1. Every single cup was scraped. Not one is usable. So it's not just a few at the bottom. And 2. If this is a known issue - it should be noted as a warning on the site that these are known to scrape in transit. In addition, some are partially melted, printed in different positions on the cups, and have inconsistencies in the printing itself. I even paid extra for the made in *** version for timing and quality and these are terrible. In addition - customer service has been giving me the run around, hanging up on me, refusing a refund, and saying they do not consider this a defect. It's my wedding week and I am having to deal with this and spend my time on the phone instead of with my family and now we will not have favors.

    I ordered cookies for my dissertation defense over a week and a half in advance. I also paid extradicted shipping to ensure it came by tomorrow for Friday's dissertation defense. First I was told that it would not make it because I did not approve a proof on time (which was not true, as i received the email at 2 am and answered at 7 am when I checked it). Then after I was informed that it would be figured out, I later received an email to tell me that they could not comply with the order/meet the deadline because they did not have the cookies to print to. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. Absolutely terrible.

    I placed and order for 270 yard signs on 9/14/24. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery 9/23/24. I spoke with two different employees on 9/14 and 9/16 who guaranteed me they would arrive ontime. I kept checking for a tracking number and on 9/20 I called and was told no worries they will arrive 9/23. On 9/21 a shipping label was finally created. On 9/21 I received a phone call stating they won’t arrive on time and they offered 50% back on the shipping. I said no I want a full refund. On 9/24/24 only half the order arrived. I then called and was told the other would arrive that day. They did not. I called fedex they said it won’t arrive until 9/25/24. I paid way too much to not have them ontime. That’s stealing when you charge someone for guaranteed shipping and don’t follow through. I filed a complaint and was offered 30% refund, funny how on 9/21 it would have 50% and I was guaranteed that time they would all arrive 9/24, which they did not!!! The customer service is atrocious if you call. They give you the run around. Fill out a ticket, and they never take responsibility. Management never calls back when you request. Such a terrible company and experience.

    I am having a very similar to experience to most of the people who have reported this company here. Specifically, we worked with https://24hourwristbands.com to order 50 custom tote bags for our wedding - happening in a few days. We paid a huge sum of money AND a huge rush fee to get the bags delivered here 4 days ago. The company is now saying it's UPS's fault that it will be one and a half weeks late - arriving after we've already left for our wedding, rendering these items completely useless. We've been on the phone with customer service (which, is one sole person) about 5 times already today. That person has been utterly useless, refuses to help, and continues to claim that their "manager" will call me back in up to 48 hrs. We do not believe a manager even exists and that this entire company is a scam. They should be shut down and not allowed to continue to scam innocent customers out of hundreds of dollars.
