    The sales guy Rahim was absolutely amazing. He made the process so smooth and I did not have to sit there for hours. My car is amazing I even got a warranty with it. If you want a nice car! I definitely recommend this place.

    Responses were slow and sporadic. Used Zelle to process payments causing a multiple day delay in shipping. Vehicle showed up disgusting. Had gunk and grease on the steering wheel and dash. Cup holders still had sticky soda with hair. Animal hair all over the vehicle, wasn’t even vacuumed. Vehicle developed a misfire and limp mode less then a day after purchase. 2nd gear doesn’t work and was quoted 3000 to repair, which the sales team said “oh well I didn’t downshift so I guess we missed it”. Vehicles speakers were all blown, and lastly it has no brake life left. Don’t buy online from them, they will hose you. Nothing but bad to say about this terrible place.

    I responded to this customer 2 mo ago. Not sure why we are getting this again. You purchased this vehicle in July of last year. Per the photos I just brought up again in your file right before your vehicle arrived, I am showing 1 Michelin tire and 3 Continental tires. The inside of the vehicle is spotless. These are the same photos that you saw before purchasing. I will provide you with these photos if you would like via email.

    “Spotless”? The vehicle was disgusting and I ended up having to replace the seats due to the smell, and replace the damage center console components, and had to replace all the speakers since they didn’t work. The exhaust leaked into the cab and it had a terrible computer tune that hid the missing catalytic converters and illegally modified oxygen sensors. Paid thousands for catalytic converters and exhaust system repairs. The transmission ended up being needing rebuilt which cost thousands. I had to get the computer re-flashed to get the vehicle out of limp mode. I get it, it’s my fault for not coming to check the vehicle myself as the consumer. But I will still warn others to avoid these issues as well as I am not the only person who buys cars online. “Spotless” is absolutely hilarious.
