The car was purchased online 60 days ago and I still don’t have a tag for it because they haven’t processed the title work. So, I can’t drive the car that I paid $14K for. I am stranded! No one at the dealership will call me back or text or email back. I have had to follow up everyday. The car was advertised as a beautiful car and it arrived looking like it had been wrecked! It’s awful, it smells like smoke, it had body damage and it makes crazy noises. I would think this dealership would have been shut down by now with stuff like this. I want a full refund but they won’t do that! I hate this car and I hate how much money I have spent in today’s time when everyone is going through it. I have tons of pictures of the car upon arrival with a busted windshield and body damage which they claim they told me about. That’s a complete lie! They even refunded half of my down payment due to damage so they knew exactly what they were doing.

I started financing this vehicle on Oct 23, 2024. I made the dealership aware of major issues with the car and was guaranteed/promised with a witness available, these damages will be fixed before my 1st payment free of charge. The dealership took this vehicle for months and never repaired it. They are now defaulting on the loan due to non payment, even though the fulfillment date required them to fix the damages in 30 days, which is before my payment. I have been threatened with physical harm by this dealership. I have been lied to about repairs and payment extensions with the financing. I have stressed so much until I had to see a doctor for blood pressure issues. I spent $4000 as a down payment + $350 for insurance and they are now refusing to refund me. In the 2 months after I starting financing, I have had the car less than 3 weeks. I have drove 2 hrs to and from this dealership multiple times with no help.

On 10/23/2024 Emanuel ****** arrived at our dealership Sky Rides Automotive Group wanting to purchase a 2019 Dodge Charger vin #
as follows, *****************. Mr ****** was approved by ******** Financial. Mr ****** test drove the vehicle and decided to finance with ********. Mr ****** also purchased a warranty with GWC. A month later he stated that his vehicle was having an issue, so he took it to a shop to be repaired using his warranty with GWC. A few weeks later we received a call from a repair shop and they stated that they had Mr ******** vehicle. The shop manager stated that Mr ****** dropped off the vehicle and signed to have repairs done. Mr ****** was not satisfied with the previous repair facility and brought it to them. They completed the repairs on the vehicle however GWC warranty declined the claim due to a previous claim by the 1st shop. In the meantime we received a call from ******** Financial stating that Mr ****** failed to make his payment. The contract was voided and now a buyback. We then called the shop to get a status on the charger. Mr ****** called the shop and told them he did not want the vehicle any longer. I told the shop regardless it was a buy back. We then had to pay the shop to retrieve our collateral. The vehicle is now back at our dealership.
At no point was Mr ****** threatened with physical harm by anyone at our dealership. The complaint he has filed has nothing to do with our dealership. This is between the 2 service shops and himself.

I saw a good deal on a Buick on *******, I called and spoke with Rahim. He sent me the cost breakdown, we negotiated 2 years on service contract. We made an appointment to drive and buy. He asked how I would pay, I said I will write a check in full. I got there, the manager said he would not accept a check that big. After many hours and my accounts being locked, the manager asked if we could do a quick loan and pay it off Monday. I paid $4,000 down. Hours later he came back with papers to sign. The amount was wrong, he said it was the interest and it would be removed once I paid Monday. They gave me no paperwork to take except a paper tag. Monday when I called to get copies of all signed documents. Henry ***** docusigned the loan in my name, added a false amount of income. I never once saw these documents. when I called the loan company it was about $20,000 more to pay if off in full with fees. The loan documents said $27,000 but it should have only been $16,800. When I called them out on it, they refused to speak to me. I took the car back May 11th. Handed the key to Henry ***** and left. May 25th he emailed me and said he would not be responsible for the car and to come get it or tell the credit company where it is.

On May 5th 2024 Ms.*********** came into our dealership wanting to purchase the 2020 Buick Enclave. We went over the numbers with her and she decided to purchase the vehicle. When it came time to pay Ms.*********** tried to write us a personal check. We explained that we do not take personal checks. She then called her bank and them to do a wire transfer. The bank declined her. She was upset because she came here from Mississippi and did not want to leave without the car she wanted. Ms.*********** then asked about financing the vehicle. We told her that she could apply across the street at a different dealership. We would then wholesale the vehicle to them. She agreed and then applied. The dealership across the street went over the numbers with her and she agreed. Ms. *********** then signed the contract with them and left in her vehicle.

On Feb 23, 2023 purchased a BMW vin wba3n7c56ef19236 from sky rides with a down payment of 2500$. I took my picture in front car for company and left the lot with no problem. On March 5th early Sunday mourning they towed the car because 1803 capital needed proof of 40 hour check as well as full coverage. 1803 capital gave the okay to give me the car back Thursday March 9 when my check stub was emailed. It was emailed as well as full coverage on the vehicle. He tells me the finance company 1803 capital no longer wants to finance the car to me and I need to pick another car. I never asked for a different car. I call 1803 capital on March 9, 2023 she tells me that they are not aware of this and they gave the okay to give me the BMW. Sky rides tell me I can get a Audi with a extra 1000$. I say no. Then they say okay no 1000$ just use your 2500$ down payment credit you're good. Moments later 1803 capital calls and cancels the deal altogether they said themselves its shady and they don't want to ruin their reputation. I suspected a scam and they telling me its nothing I can do. 1803 Capital did not order them to repo the car. My deal was good; I was supposed to get my car back today March 9, 2023 after they got my check stub. Sky Rides really gave nothing with no answer.

The customer cancelled their full coverage insurance policy and replaced it with liability insurance, therefore breaching the contract terms.  As a result, the lienholder cancelled the contract. Please view the attached contract, signed by the customer, acknowledging that he was aware of this requirement to fulfill their agreement.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Sky Rides please show me where 1803 capital sent you message/email claiming my insurance had lapsed. When I came to sky rides the Monday after my car was towed the guy with bald head and beard stated I was not texting Yuna back nor responding to messages regarding check stub so they sent tow truck  I guess for lack of info. He look me in my face that guy with bald head and beard and said I would get the car Thursday when I bought the check stub. This isn't about insurance. And it isn't about 2500. They see my checks. It's about lying to my face. Shady business. What happened to the whole situation about switching units to Audi? Wanting down payment then 0$ down payment. Guy with

On April 16th, 2022, the client purchased the 2013 BMW X5 ***************** 90,467 miles from us. At the time of purchase, we offered the client warranty with the vehicle with it being a preowned vehicle with high mileage. The client refused the warranty. About a month later the client contacted us notifying us of the problem with the vehicle. We offered the client the opportunity to bring the vehicle in to have the vehicle examined and received repairs at a discounted rate and the client refused. Our vehicles are sold "AS-IS" with proper paperwork signed by our clients notifying them of such. We are aware that our vehicles are preowned and although we have them examined by a mechanic before releasing them for sale, they go through an inspection process and unfortunately there can be unforeseen problems that may arise so therefor we offer extended service contracts to all of our clients in the event of any unexpected repairs or occurrences.

We are still willing to connect the client with a local mechanic shop to inspect the vehicle and obtain a discounted rate for their repair.

Purchased the car on April 16,2022. Went from Corpus Christi to Houston after they promised me that the car was in great condition. A month after the engine stalled. Took it to the shop and the inspector from the extended warranty determine that not only the car was flooded, but that the damages were pre-existent and THEY WERE NOT DISCLOUSED when the deal was done. I paid for the car$15,000 and My repair is almost to $13,000 and I have the receipt. THEY FAILED TO DISCLOUSE THAT THE VEHICLE was not only flooded, but had several engine issues not obvious to the ear at that point. The response from their recommended extended warranty company (Royal Administration Services) was: That it was as it and to go with the extended warranty. Extended warranty company Royal Administration Services wrote, "Reference is made to your recent claim under contract number CMD101171 Evidence obtained during the adjudication process indicates the damage had occurred prior to the issuance of your contract. A pre-existing condition is defined as an EXCLUSION under your contract. Unfortunately, your request for reimbursement for these repairs is denied."

On 4/16/2022 Mr ******* purchased a 2013 BMW. We recommended a warranty several times however did not want the added cost. We informed him that if anything breaks down on the vehicle it would not be covered. He also signed the AS- IS form.

2 months later he called and stated he was having issues with the vehicle. We reminded him that he did not purchase a warranty. We let him know that he could take it into one of our shops to be repaired at a discounted rate.  He refused our offer.
