      * July 20th is when papers were signed * Vehicle is being financed * They said they would provide me with a car with everything fixed and right before they gave it to me.* There are a few things that need to still be fixed on the car and we purchased an extended warranty. The refuse to fix my car due to a review.

      Purchased a 2023 jeep renegade on June 8th 2024. Salesman was very pushy about filling out a survey before transaction was completed . Upon delivery of vehicle the driver front tire was almost flat and salesperson told me to drive down to the shell gas station and put air myself. It was late. Next morning surprised my son with new vehicle and to my surprise tire was completely flat/both tail lamps were cracked and had water in them/vehicle had a sticker residue on all for doors and rear hatch door/ food crumbs and used open roll of toilet paper in rear cargo area.Contacted sales department next business day. They said bring it in and they would take care of it .Took vehicle in tail lamps were replaced and sticker residue was not taken care of and car was still dirty . Sales manager ***** ******** contacted me and said he would take care of it again. Few days go by. Receive a text stating vehicle was ready for pick up. Drive to dealership and sales manager ****** ****** greets me . We talked and was asked to see my phone to guide me through the jeep wave app. I agree and he proceeds. Then asked to open my email to show me more features. Without my knowledge he proceeds to fill customer survey on my behalf. I stopped him just in time. Go outside to view vehicle and issues were not even taken care of . Asked to see a general manager will Lagrange. He never apologized for any inconvenience and never formally introduced himself either. Again he and sales manager pressure me to fill surgery out.They tell me they will give floor Mats and even offer ****** but not until I fill the survey out. I tell them my good reviews can not be brought and I just want car taken care of. When asked if thats how he runs his business he states Im general manager and I can do what I want at that moment I knew what review theyd receive.I leave vehicle for 3rd time and finally do survey. Salesman texts me a very unprofessional message. Which I have screen shots of.horrible experience.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. 
      The lack of communication and even the lack to take any accountability for actions. Proof of the poor response is the main reason Ill never be a returning customer . *** purchased 3 vehicles from ******** dealerships . Never again.  Ill take my money and business elsewhere in the future. I can clearly see why the business has a F rating now

      In 2022 I had my vehicle repair and replaced transmission with Mac Haik and it missed up again currently Mac Haik tired to stall the repair of my the trying to replace parts in the transmission when they need to replace the transmission completely. Because of the I'm missing time off from work and doctors appts. I feel if they replace the part in the transmission it will due the something. Since it is under warranty they need to replace the complete transmission. Make sure they inspect the transmission properly before installing

      We are looking into this customer's issue, however, we cannot just simply replace the transmission at the customer's request.  The transmission is under warranty, HOWEVER, we must get confirmation from the Warranty Company that it is okay to replace the transmission.  this requires the vehicle to be taken apart and examined, and photographs taken and sent for authorization.

      I supposedly was sold a "brand new Jeep". When I received the Jeep and I started driving it I would hear a noise coming from the engine bay. I went back to Mac Haik in Houston from Austin two days later to purchase another new car from them. I was told by them that the noise the car is making is coming from the radio. I was told to go to a dealership ** ****** and have them take a look at it because their technicians were busy.

      My car is currently at a dealer **** ****** ***** ** ****** on 10/31/2022. Come to find out - the starter had been replaced on the new car that I purchased and currently missing screws/parts from the installation of Mac Haik. **** ******* is charging me $281 to fix the starter because of the bad installation of the starter that Mac Haik did. **** ******* said that it is considered a craftsman error which is not covered under a warranty or their dealership. I need Mac Haik to pay the bill or have it towed to Houston from Austin and have it fixed there.

      I took my car in to get the first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. They serviced it at the express center. A few days later I noticed my car was leaking oil in small amounts. When I took it back to get looked at, they took it t the back for 3 minutes and said they looked at it and everything regarding the oil change was fine but the problem was the oil pan gasket. They asked me to take it to the service center because that part was covered under warranty. When I got there, they said it would be 5 days before it could be looked at and no loaner options available. I took my vehicle to a different dealership where they discovered damage to my oil filter, the old oil filter still on and a small pin hole in my filter that caused my car to lose all of the oil. They also confirmed there was nothing wrong with the oil pan gasket. This type of service is unacceptable and caused a great deal of stress for me as I had to take it to several places, get a rental for days, and lost my first free oil change due to their screw up. I have contacted the dealership several times to get this corrected and they have not responded. I have photo evidence of the damage.

      The dealerships website includes a discount off the MSRP for a "Mac Haik Price". When I talked to 2 sales reps they both told me that I do nor qualify for the dealership discount because I am not a returning customer. I search the entire website for some kind of disclaimer that mentioned that requirement and found that it did not exist. The dealership is advertising a discount that they do not honor!

My reaching out to the two of you was simply to inform you of the lies and dishonesty impeded in the culture at Mac Haik. If your concerns are honest you will take this information and change that along with building a disclaimer online so nobody else is misrepresented.

      Purchased a vehicle from this dealership without any issues.
      2 weeks later in may my truck was stolen but recovered. Proceeded to drop off the vehicle for repair at the service center of the dealership i purchased the vehicle from.
      Still till today august 15, My insurance company and I are getting the run around with the entire service department.
      Stated the only thing is a passenger window is backed order, due to the time frame, my insurance adjuster sent up to get the window replaced with a third party company. Still no response and from different employees that i talk to say my vehicle is not in the lot and says the vin is under the dealership still. Basically my vehicle is lost, im on my 4th payment and insurance payment for a vehicle that is not in my possession.

      I get the run around and nothing is being done. Not even a status of the vehicle. Was told months back from a service manager that the vehicle was wrapped and shipped out. I proceeded to ask questions. Then was hung up on and ignored. When now with the service guy that’s supposed to be helping.

      Insurance said it might be because the dont have the vehicle or messed up, but they dont want to take the hit of putting a lost vehicle on their insurance. This has been open from may. With police reports, insurance, text and email documentation.

      Due to the inconvenience, i talked to the sales team and they said they can’t give me a quote due to the vehicle on on the property.
