    We have tried reaching out to ******* multiple times to resolve the issue and no answer,  we strive to give out the best possible customer service, but when customers decline our call or won't answer the phone,  it makes it impossible to resolve.

    The owner called me and offered to refund the total amount I paid, but never sent me anything.

    I hired Texas tree solutions to replant a tree that was dying. When the tree was initially planted, it was planted incorrectly, so I hired a third-party to replant it who promised to plant it correctly. The employees showed up without equipment to perform the job. They had to be provided equipment to complete the job and the job was still not performed correctly, I have reached out to the company for a refund, but the company is refusing to offer it.

    Tree Solution of Texas damaged my fence on August 25, 2023. Their employee jumped on my fence and walked back and forth. Causing damage to my fence. I have spoken with the owner Jose ****** and he is refusing to pay for the repairs needed.

    Hello, on 08-28-2023 we sent our customer care representative to look at the issue with your fence, he also owns a professional fence company and is knowledgeable with fencing. Upon further looking at the fence it was determined that:

    "the posts are warped and the fence posts are not actually leaning but bent halfway from poor craftsmanship, the builder of the fence did not let the wood material dry out so thay this would not happen, warping happens In a slow long period of time, this does not happen immediately when someone stands on it. also the material used for the fencing is the same material used for decking(we can stand on decking) There's no reason for the fence to warp once someone stands on it unless poor craftsmanship was at play." 

    Unfortunately we cannot replace a fence that we did not damage. You may want to consult with your fence builder since they are the ones that built a poor quality fence.

    I hired Tree Solutions of Texas in DFW to prune and trim two trees in my front yard and remove a tree and stump in the backyard. At the time of my estimate, I specifically asked about protection against damages they may cause. They assured me that they would take care of anything that is damaged. After removing the stump, they revealed that they damaged our drip line and said that it was unavoidable. However, two of the three drip lines that were damaged had not been exposed prior to stump removal. This leads me to believe that potentially it could have been avoided. I thought they would take care of the drip lines for free. Instead, they gave me one quote at the time of damages and then doubled it when I contacted them later. They never warned me that the drip lines could be damaged and that I would be responsible to fix them. I asked to speak to the boss or manager, and was not called back. It seems like they did a decent job of tree trimming. If their communication was better, I would consider using them again in the future, but it bothers me when I can't reach the manager to fully explain my concerns.
