  Ive never left a negative review before, but this company absolutely deserves ***** the end of February 2025, I met with a representative from this company at a property that needed some tree trimming. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism and was looking forward to working with them and seeing the result. I received a quote for $2,650.00, but was advised to wait until the trees foliated to better assess their healthespecially the pecan trees. Trusting this advice, I waited until the trees grew leaves which was about 3 months later.Once the trees had foliated, I reached out again, met the same representative, and was prepared to move forward with the jobonly to be blindsided by a revised quote of $5,175.00 for the exact same scope of work. Thats nearly double the original price. This is a textbook example of a bait-and-switch scam, a fraudulent and unethical tactic used to lure customers in with a low quote, only to massively inflate the cost later.When I confronted the representative, he acknowledged my concerns and said he would speak to his supervisor. I followed up the next day, only to be told that instead of working with me or honoring anything close to the original quote, they increased the price furtherto $5,200.00. All quotes except for this last quote, which was verbal, are attached below.This company has shown they are not to be trusted. Their practices are misleading and deeply unprofessional. This was to be our first time doing business with them, and theyve ensured it will be the last time we give them any consideration. I strongly urge anyone considering any of their services to look elsewhere. Companies that rely on dishonest tactics like these dont deserve your business.

  Our quotes expire within 30 days. The reason our quotes expire is due to the fact that some deciduous trees have 30% less cannopy during the winter season and require less work, ontop of that trees grow throughout the years and dumping fees go up due to more tree debris. Customer called and asked if the quote was still valid, we are a company that tries to do the very best to give our customers great pricing, in this case we simply went out to renew the quote after its 3 month expiration and the pecan trees were full of foliage. Customer did not comprehend why our new quote was more expensive after explaining to him multiple times, and then threatened us if we did not honor old quote he would leave bad reviews on multiple sites

  This is an extremely disappoint company. I was referred by a neighbor and had to chase them for three weeks to even get a quote...even arranged twice to be around to meet them. After finally getting them onsite, they quoted $350 for a tree trimming, that in my opinion, required on branch to be removed. When they showed up for work, they had a different idea which I disagreed with and they would not do what I wanted and/or what I asked. Terrible service...don't waste your time!

  I have a large oak tree in the front yard with a lot of low hanging branches that they trimmed. They were prompt, courteous and did a really good job. I am very pleased and would definitely use them again.
