1 starAirline FVT falsely represented themselves as *************** and charged me to get a full refund on my ticket. I had to cancel due to health issues and looked up *************** **************** on the web. The number I called had all my ticket and payment info and sounded legitimate. They said they could get me a full refund for a fee of $270.99 - about 1/3 the cost of my ticket - billed to my credit card. I received the full refund from United, was charged extra fee, and was unable to claim it under my travel insurance as ****** had paid in full. I have no idea how I could have known that I wasn't talking with ******.Review fromDinesh S

1 starI was trying to call Airline and somehow ended up with FVT . They charged me $75 each for 2 people and said they are giving us confirmed ticket and cancel label and changeable at no cost to us. Later on upon checking with airline , they confirmed that no changes were made and they did NOT receive any money . We were mislead by *** and our flights and tickets remain the same as originally booked WITHOUT any change . This is clearly a fraud and need my refund in full . Have contacted company and they say will do refund within 3-5 days. So will wait otherwise need to follow up with credit card company for fraudulent and deceitReview fromDelia A

1 starThey are scammers.
I confirmed today that they don’t have anything to do with British Airways although when I pull out their phone number back in April they were using BA logo. I was in a vulnerable situation changing my ticket due to an accident I had and they requested me money to hold my ticket until I was ready to use it. Today was the day and I came to know by British Airways that it was a scammed/ they even charged me 340 dollars to supposedly keep my ticket until to be cancelled. Be aware they use different names and phone numbersReview fromKarissa G

5 starsI am thrilled to share my amazing experience with Fly Vault Travels LLC! My journey recently took an unexpected turn, but thanks to their outstanding service, I was able to turn a challenging situation into a success story.
While traveling for an important business meeting, I unfortunately missed my flight. In a panic, I reached out to the airline for assistance, but I was disheartened to learn that my ticket was marked as a no-show, making my funds non-refundable. After trying various channels for help, I was feeling quite hopeless.
That’s when I remembered my friend’s glowing recommendation of Fly Vault Travels. I decided to give them a call, and I’m so glad I did! From the very first moment, their customer service team was incredibly friendly and understanding. They listened to my situation with genuine empathy and immediately assured me they would do everything possible to assist me.
Fly Vault Travels truly exceeded my expectations. They took swift action, contacting the airline on my behalf and advocating for my situation. I was amazed at their dedication and professionalism! Not only did they manage to recover my funds, but they also found me a fantastic budget-friendly deal for a new flight that perfectly fit my schedule.
Thanks to Fly Vault Travels, I was able to make it to my business meeting with ease and confidence. Their exceptional support made all the difference in my travel experience, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring travel partner, look no further than Fly Vault Travels LLC. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone I know! Their commitment to providing a remarkable service is truly unmatched!Review fromGinny K

1 starThis company listed their phone number as ****** ******** customer service online. It was not listed as Airline FVT. We called this number when our connecting flight was delayed. The person lied, and said he was from ****** airlines. He said it would cost us $4000 to book a last minute connecting flight. He said we didn’t allow enough time between connecting flights (said it must be 2-3 hours, another lie). We paid $998 for rescheduled flight thinking he was so “helpful” to assist. ****** would not have charged us for another flight…no guarantee on when we would have arrived…We were catching a cruise ship and had a limited window. Sadly, the credit card company can’t pursue fraud because we did fly to our destination…Review fromJoseph M

1 starThis agency was posing as ******** ******** in the chaos last weekend, showed up as ** on my Google Acct. I'm reporting their activities as fraudulent to my credit card company. They uncharged me $800 on a cancelled ******** flight, tried to upcharge another $2,000 on a one way flight and made fights without my authorization. I found surprise charges on my credit card as well.
The worst part is I've made multiple calls to ******** and they don't care. The best I can get from their agents is to fill out a refund for a ticket. I'm more interested in trying to prevent this from happening to other travelers.Review fromDeametrice E

1 starI am Deametrice ******* I can't find the place to put my name. When I could get no-one from American Airlines on the phone, I went online and asked for a different number to call. It was the number of Airline FVT. The agency posed as the airline I had tickets on. They said my reservation had been canceled and that to get seats on the flight I would have to pay $975. I was in a very upset state as the tickets were for my family. They even wanted a picture of my drivers license. When I questioned what they were telling me repeatedly, I was told that the supervisor would call me in 4 hours. He ("Sam", the same man I had spoken with earlier with a horrible unintelligible accent) called at 11:30 pm. I told him they had committed fraud, extortion and theft of my driver's license. He said he would refund my money and it would take a month. I repeatedly told him no it wouldn't and that this was a scam. He finally hung up on me. I had called American after talking with him and the airline told me everything was OK with my flights. I called the credit card company. They said I would have to wait for the charge to be posted before they could dispute it. I'm calling American and my credit card company again today.. DO NOT do business with this company! I'm in a mess!Review fromPrem B

5 starsI recently experienced a challenging situation during a family trip from New York to Istanbul, and Fly Vault Travels came to our rescue in an extraordinary way. Our original booking was with ******* ********, but when we needed to make a simple change to our flights, ******* ******** demanded double the payment. To make matters worse, our own travel agency, Istanbul Journeys, was not responding to our calls or offering any assistance.
Stranded in New York with my family, including young children and elderly parents, the situation was becoming increasingly stressful. Desperate for a solution, I searched Google for help with ******* ******** issues and stumbled upon Fly Vault Travels. I decided to give them a call, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made.
From the moment I spoke with their representative, I felt a sense of relief. The Fly Vault team was incredibly understanding and empathetic to our predicament. They immediately took charge of the situation, contacting ******* ******** on our behalf and negotiating the necessary changes. Unlike ******* ********, who had asked for an exorbitant fee, Fly Vault Travels managed to secure the flight changes at a very nominal price.
Their team went above and beyond to ensure our family trip could continue without further stress. They kept us informed throughout the process, providing updates and reassuring us that everything was being taken care of. Within a few hours, our flights were rebooked, and we were set to continue our journey to Istanbul.
Fly Vault Travels turned what could have been a travel disaster into a smooth and manageable situation. Their dedication to customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable. They transformed a chaotic experience with ******* ******** into a hassle-free trip for our family. I cannot thank Fly Vault Travels enough for their exceptional service and support. They have earned a loyal customer in me!Review fromFrances C

1 starThese scammers have changed their website to www.flyvaulttravelsllc.com. They got rid of www.*************.com. And they are using various usernames on Medium to write glowing posts about their company. I reported them to the FBI. Last summer 2023, they stole $1,411.20. They sent the itinerary of the flight I purchased tickets for from CheapoWings to convince Chase Visa that their charge was valid even though it was invalid. They got the itinerary from access to the Delta site.
EVERYONE HERE SHOULD SUBMIT A TIP TO THE FBI.Review fromDavid R

1 starThis company takes advantage of people when they are most vulnerable (i.e. when they are at the airport having trouble with their airline bookings and trying to get home, etc...). We were charged $528 from FVT after we called what was represented as ******* Customer Service since their number came up as the first number when we did a Google search looking for the support number....the scam is that they are a travel agency and they can look up your travel itineraries so they sound credible. We paid them thinking they could solve our ticketing issue (they claimed the class of tickets we had originally purchased through ******* was no longer available....we were out of the country and desperate to get home so we paid.....). They stayed with us on the phone for over an hour and claimed that everything was solved....they sent us emails that looked legit (using the same travel agency system that major airlines use...). Bottom line: they never solved our problem and we had to buy a new ticket at the last minute just to get our daughter home....The new ticket cost $989! So the original ticket we had didn't work....we then paid FVT (representing themselves as *******) $528......so we are out $1500 for something that would probably have been easy to solve had we actually been talking to *******. I cannot believe that FVT is able to get away with this.
