I was unable to check in our flight with **************. I ******* their phone number and somehow the phone number went to this company. When I called and asked if this was ************** they said yes. I told them I couldn't check in and the *** said I bought standby tickets through ******* and would need to pay $912 to have the tickets upgraded to regular tickets. Once I returned home I called ******* to ask why they sold us standby tickets, they said our tickets were regular tickets and this company scammed us. Our tickets were never changed or upgraded as they promised. I called they and they denied everything. I submitted a claim with my credit card company to get a refund, Its still in progress.Initial Complaint

On March 6th we were scheduled to board our **********************, Enchantment of the Seas at 12:00 pm. Our flight was scheduled from **********, ** to *****, ** on March 5th. On this day a huge ice storm blizzard came through the ******* and all flights were cancelled. There was no alternate method of getting to ***** in time to board our cruise. I immediately called what I thought was Royal Caribbean to tell them of the unavoidable cancellation. During the conversation they offered me total reimbursement of ******* as long as I paid a cancellation fee of ****** per person a total of *******. I paid that on my **************** card on 3/5/25 with a posted date of 3/7/25 to FVT travel. They did send me two credits on my Discover for ******* and ****** for a total reimbursement of *******. I have reached out to them multiple times and have been told to keep waiting and have not been allowed to speak with a supervisor when asking. They do not respond to email either, I would like to get the rest of our reimbursement per the agreement with them, of *******. I sent a dispute letter to ***************, and they claim no affiliation with ***. I am attaching all the details of cancelled trip along with the agreement with FVT. On 6/12, we were informed that our flight was cancelled from ****** to the **. We were in ****** and were finding phone calls difficult to make as we did not have cell service abroad. We were unable to connect to *************** or ********* to get assistance with our trip. As we were looking for an alternative number for ********* on ******, this number appeared which we called **************. I wanted to ask about my third flight which I could not see as confirmed and said that I could not check in. The man on the phone (***** ********) presented himself as if he was with the airline. He told me that our first flight was actually a problem and that I was not assigned the seats I believed I had. He said that the only way I could be on that flight is if I reserved one of the more expensive seats and that all of my other flights looked fine to him. He then sent us an email to confirm we would agree to pay the increased cost for the seats (presumably to protect themselves from legal disputes). He lied. When I arrived on the plane, the flight attendant stated our seats were not upgraded. Additionally, we remained in the same seats that we initially showed on our itinerary. For all of this we were charged ****** USD. Through searching the charge we discovered this is a scam company. I called ************* and these people answered, FVT but said they were Norse and I owed money on my flight . When I called Norse they said that was not them, it was a scam. I paid $868 for an upgrade on 14th September 2023. ***** **** was my agent. I did not receive my upgrade. I called and request a refund. I was informed I would get $434 rented to my account and the other half as credit points. I never received the refund. I have mad numewois calls and was assured the refund will be done and it wasn't and sent emails with no response. Today I called again to make use of my credit and was told it had expired. Date of incident is 1/22/2025. I found a what I thought was a good deal on a roundtrip airline trip from **********, ** to *********, ** for Mon, 17 Feb to Fri, 21 Feb with ***************** with a company called *************** -661 (482+179). The charge may appear on your statement as AIRLINE SERVICE/ RESERVATION P2P/ AIRLINE FVT. Sidenote on bill: Important Note: We accept payments through our suppliers. Therefore, the charge may appear under these companies: Fly Vault Travels, Plane to Paradise, Trip Contrast. I agreed to the Providence to ********* trip but then realized I didn't find out about luggage. When I asked the chat person on the site about luggage, he said I would only be allowed a wallet (which I know now is a lie). I then wanted to cancel the reservations I made 2 minutes prior. He said I could not cancel but he could help me get luggage. I was put on hold. He then came back and said I would need to switch my flight from ********** to ****** and that I would be able to have a carryon bag of 15 pounds. He then gave me some quotes for this which I cannot remember but I was charged $179 for the Frontier Reservation on 1/3/25 (which was the actual ticket price for 2 round trip tickets on Frontier and then I was charged $482 for Airline FVT on 1/5/25. I booked 4 flights on Expedia for Jan 12, 2024. The flights were cancelled due to snow storm. ******* gave me credits. In Feb I went to book the new flights for April 19 - April 22. I worked with ****** at Fly Vault Travels. She sent me a confirmation of the flights. I reviewed and confirmed what she sent as information was correct. i also sent an additional $998.85. We flew out on April 19 however one of my sons return flight was booked for April 21 instead of April 22. It was late and we had to scramble to get him on the same flight as us. I paid $450 for the emergency ticket. I have called Fly Vault travels well over 10 times to get a reimbursement for that flight. Each time they said yes, they would reimburse that flight but it will take a few billing cycles. it is now 7 months later and there has been no resolve nor any type of credit. They have hung up on me, passed me over, disconnected me, and flat out lie to me each and every time I call. This is an extremely shady company where it begins with Expedia booking and allowing this company to oversee their flight credits.Initial Complaint

On our flight was for 8/28/24 was delayed a day by **********. We called the customer service number which they answered as **********. We asked about our flight. They sold us a flight for next day but it was in face for the same flight that we were booked on for 8/29/24 and charged us. So ************ that in face was not ********** cancelled our rescheduled flight and billed us for the same flight the next day for $579.92, they told us they had to. They misrepresenting them self as Air France when in fact they were FVT. We called Air France and they did not have this tranaction.I called FVT and they pretended to give me a refund but non happened.We paid for the exact flight we already had. A fraudulent company with terrible customer service. I booked a flight directly with ************** on 4.26.2023 and the next day I had to cancel it. I called the airline on 4.27.2023 and somehow I was directed to Fly Vault Travel and they claimed that they are working for LATAM and will process my refund for $700, which I paid for with my credit card.I didn't receive the refund for a long time and finally when I reached the airline after they advised me of a schedule change, they advised me that they don't work with Fly Vault and the airline refund me my money directly.I contacted Fly Vault many times trying to get my $700 back, I have the dates of all my calls which were many, and initially they refused but later they agreed and finally they claimed that they refunded my credit card, but I never received it. I tried many times to get a copy of their refund bank transfer, but they won't.Only after I dealt with them I read online how they operate, unfortunately they do that scam frequently, which is also mentioned on your site, Better Business Bureau, Can you claim my $700 from them?Sincerely, ***** ***Initial Complaint

On June 28 we received a notice that our Lufthansa flight was delayed. We contatct Expedia by looking up the contact number on the Internet. We mistakenly called a third party company that pretended to be Expedia. They talked to us for hours, pretended to be expedia and eventually booked us on the wrong flight and charged us ****** dollars for a flight exchange as we had to change the return date. They said that was the airline cost. When we contacted expedia the day after we saw that they posed as us on ******* website, used my account to chat with a representative and made the change. ******* never charged them. They lied on the exchange date and the cost. This is identity theft and fraud. I attach here the shocking chat with expedia they posed on my behalf.
