1 starOverall i would not recommend that anyone buy these tires.
I bought a set of 275/65/18 Wardens for my Toyota Land Cruiser.
First 15k miles were amazing and no issues.
This month (1.5 years later) i got a weird vibration in the tires and took them to a tire shop. They informed me that the tires were bulging and that there was no fix for them. I had purchased a tread wear warranty so figured they'd honor the fact that im not driving a single mile more with my truck shaking like it's going to fall apart.
They offered me 30% off another potentially bad set up tires. Tires looked brand new and they're bulging like they'd blow out at any time.
Save your money and buy some authentic brand new tires from the big tire companies.
WIll not recommend to anyone that i know and i hope the company changes their ways.
But i doubt it.Review fromShelby M

1 starWorst mistake of my life. The tires had me stranded for 3 days. One trip they all bubbled up on the inside. Super dangerous. They will not warranty. Tried for a year. Big mistake. Buy China.Review fromKirk F

1 starBought a set of warden non blem tires. When I was having them mounted I noticed 4 large (4"long and 1/4" deep) grinder marks in the sidewall. The tire shop said they were so bad, he recommended not driving on them. I tried calling for weeks, and could not get an answer from any department. Sent an email to warranty, with no response. Seems to be a very crooked company. I recvomend spending the extra money and buy local.Review fromBrent H

1 starBrand new tires, already had 1 blow out. The side walls seem so weak that turning corners seems dangerous. Customer service has been horrible. They claim these tires are supposed to be for a light duty truck, despite these being the same size Chevrolet put on our truck when it was brand new and the same size we have used ever since. Getting the run around from everyone I speak to at Treadwright.Treadwright

Hello, the pictures provided you are adding excessive weight to the tires. Any brand tires will not perform the same when it exceeds the weight limitation.Review fromDawn R

1 starwould never recommend these tires to anyone. We purchased, didn't need to place the tires on right away (bought due to a sale) - had them on less then 6 months, and we have had 2 of their tires BLOW- in the middle of towing and/or had our young children in the vehicle. They are taking full responsibility of the tires, but at this point, we want our money back as how do we trust this company to send us tires that are SUPPOSE to last up to 50K miles? we haven't even put on 3K miles and TWO tires have blown. Tread separation. Please send our money back so we can get reliable tires. Even with the two tires to be shipped out- if we would put back on our vehicle- we will have multiple tires in the back as spares, as we couldn't get 2 hrs away without 2 spares this past weekend. DO NOT TRUST TREADWRIGHT TIRES.Treadwright

Hello, our records indicate that you purchased 1 year ago. It also shows that the warranty department sent the 2 tire replacements and you agreed on it. tracking information has been emailed to you.Review fromJesse E

1 starI never leave reviews, good or bad. But my experience with treadwright tires needs to be known. I had four mud claw 2’s on my truck, with less than 19k miles on them both of my front tires had broken belts. I was just getting on the interstate and got up to speed when my steering wheel started shaking violently. I drove straight to my tire place thinking maybe some balancing weights fell off on accident. Boy was I wrong. Not only would I not recommend their tires, I think you’d be putting yourself and your family in danger installing this company’s tires on your vehicle. Company has been contacted and of course will not warranty them and of course blaming my tire shop for not having them installed (balanced) correctly.Review fromBryan B

1 starlong story short I had a road hazard incident, my brand new tire got punctured by a peice of metal that should have not went into the tire like it was made out of play dough. Worked long and hard to get ahold of treadwright, got a rude person with attitude just like I did when I called wondering why my shipping was taking so long without any email updates. They seemed annoyed by my situation and talked to me like I was ****** them about the road hazard. filled out the form and took pictures like they asked. Tire took weeks to come in. Took way longer then they said it would. Got an auto email saying it would be fast. it wasnt. no tracking info or updates again. then suddenly it was there at my door. no comfirmation email that was delivered or nothing. Before I recieved the tire I got an email saying word for word:
"Thank you for submitting a warranty claim. Your claim was approved on the Road Hazard Warranty contingency. This means that for these types of claims, you would usually be denied but we wanted to help you out."
They said they "wanted to help me out." .... by fulfilling a service that I already payed extra for and still had to argue to get done? They act like theyre doing me a favor. no, i payed extra for road hazard. And they try to make me feel like they are approving a bogus claim and helping me out. So I emailed back saying why would it normally not be approved? It states in the policy that this is the ONLY situation that road hazard would apply to. So when I highlighted their own policy and asked them that and also asked if it doesnt normally approve that situation then what would it approve? they didnt respond. for weeks. So.... i emailed back angrily which I admit I should not have said "thats what I thought, dumb***"
then all of a sudden they have something to say lol they call me and rudley and confrontationally ask about the email. and as soon as i start making sense and answer their question, an angry manager hops on and hangs up on meTreadwright

Hello Alex, as you said the tire was punctured with a piece of metal meaning that it was not a manufacture defect and that's why we approved your warranty because thankfully you bought the road hazard warranty. We sent you an email telling you that the warranty was approved and you took it in a different way. We were doing our job and it was never a favor.Alex O.

Here's proof that you are straight up lying "Hello Alex
Thank you for submitting a warranty claim. Your claim was approved on the Road Hazard Warranty contingency. This means that for these types of claims, you would usually be denied but we wanted to help you out. Once the tire(s) are ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days to process an order. You will receive tracking information via email In the next few days."
That's a copy and paste of what you ACTUALLY said. And when I asked why you guys said that like you were "helping me out" when it was a service that I already paid for... you didn't respond.... until I sent the next email which prompted you to call and harass me. Then your supervisor hopped on after you asked me a question and didn't let me answer or speak and they also just hopped on to not listen, harass me, then hang up. Bunch of children working in the cust service department there. Bad product, bad service, bad company.Alex O.

Exactly, it was never a favor. Which is why you should of never acted like it was. That's literally the issue here. You told me normally it wouldn't be approved "but you wanted to help me out" what does that sound like to you? Help me out? A favor?? No. It's your job. Like you said. And I paid. So don't give me that we just wanted to help you out crap as if you don't have to provide the service I paid for.Review fromPhillip S

1 starHello Everyone.
WATCH OUT FOR TREADWRIGHT TIRES.
They claim to be Made in the USA and offer a 50,000 mile tread life warranty. So why wouldn't I try them?
In hindsight, it turns out that they only offer the 50,000 mile warranty for 12 months. Which is odd. Who drive 50,000 miles a year?
I have a little over 10,000 miles on these tires. They will not last much longer. I tried to tell them back in May, when the tires were only a few months old, that their tires were wearing too fast. Already lost 50% of the tread life in just 5000 miles. They did not care. Simply said nothing can be done until they are worn out.
Seems they wish to fight rather than warranty by the way. I told them that I will report this online. The gal says, No Worries, we will just have it removed.
SHARE THIS and Help me get them to warranty these tires as well as STOP OTHERS from having this problem.
I do not see where I can leave pictures of the tires here? However, with only 10,000 miles on the tires, they are just about zero tread life remaining. The gal on the phone (they do not email you the decline, I imagine so that there is nothing in writing to use in court?) simply says your declined, you have tread left, nothing you can do. Share facts, she cares not. Just says No. I believe they may be trying to run out the clock on the warranty because the 12 month/50,000 mile warranty runs out middle of next month.
These guys sell poor quality tires and ignore you when you attempt to let them know you have a problem. They do not wish to do anything outside of take your money. I am not a DOT employee or work in tires, but is sure seems like A Safety Matter, making the highways less safe. I am certain someone who is in this industry can pay them a visit for their poor business practices?
