1 starI have never been treated so poorly, like I have with this so called law firm. EVERY complaint on them, is exactly the same problem for years. Lack for follow up, lack of communication. Etc.
I have explained that if I did not receive an actual phone call from a lawyer, or a para legal, I would fire them. They've been working on my IVC claim for almost 5 years now. This is completely ridiculous. I have used other large law firms, they practically held my hand the entire time.
They've literally sent the same copy and paste email(now texts) to me for almost 4 yrs with ZERO updates. So, the real kicker, they NEVER CALLED BACK??? Are you serious? Who runs their law firm like this?
STAY CLEAR! Take this review seriously, I wish I had never given them my time, or my case. I will update here if I ever do hear from them.McDonald Worley, PC

1 starNo communication, updates, calls, texts, emails back.. The settlement was established & presented to me a year ago February 2023, Ive sighed & agreed.
Recently, I’ve contacted them several times as I’m having a hardship, for updates, if they can expedite money release date, to see if nearing a release date, no responses back.

1 starLet’s just start off by saying we started this years ago and when I say years I mean over 5 closer to like 8 years we DO NOT I repeat WE DO NOT GET MONTHLY UPDATES they do not text or email every month. We call them more then they call us we email them more then they email us. I mean it is sad to have a reparable business but can’t have a good relationship with everyone of your clients. You would think that with all of the cases he has he would have a person working digitally with each client to update them, email them, call them **** make a **** trip and come and see them and make them feel like they are being treated fairly and not like a $$$$$ dollar sign. It seems as if he sends out the same emails to every client so he’s not getting on an individual level with each and every client that he has. It’s like what grandma used to say you bit off more than you could chew, meaning he’s trying to take on as many hernia mesh clients as he can an now he can’t seem to reply nor keep up with them. I believe that it’s standard to keep your clients in the loop before they start practicing law on you.McDonald Worley, PC

1 starI have had the same issue they never return the calls ever I have never spoke with any body but the receptionist. The guy or the lady there only the two. But they are always I. Meeting or to busy to get on the phone they will return the email when they get around to it. But filed mesh claim in like 2017 and have had like twelve updates the whole time. The. They said my case was on hold till I had my mesh repaired. So finally got it repaired and when they received medical records stating it was. Then all the sudden I don't qualify because it needs to be removed. No dr will remove unless it' has to be. They know that but why is a repair good enough until I get it repaired then I don't qualify. Sounds like ** to me. They need to get me acsetylement or get off my case. But once they told me didnf qualify was going to fire them so could obtain an attorney that would fight for me. They said I would ne billed fir all the work they did for my case if I was to fire them and close out case. Catch 22 do they work for manufacter they binding me up from getting g anything at all until cases settle the. Gonna bill me when they advertise we don't get paid unless u do. If u cared about customer let me go so have a chance to get something before to
Time runs out. They are screwing us I a. Contacting the bar and recommend any body else having this problem do the same. Then will to an attorney to sue him for messing with my head putting me at risk of not getting any thing after months of no work hospital bills et. 1 starMy guy told me not to go with this firm for my IVC filter case because they were just too in rush for me to sign paperwork that was emailed to me. But I decided to trust them and move forward, that was almost 6 year's ago. I've had so many hospital stays and COVID since then. I received generic messages and recordings from the beginning of the year. My case has changed paralegals three time's and this time I have yet to even talk to whomever the paralegal is. I've left numerous messages to be told someone will return your call, for that not to happen. What's the point in hiring someone to represent you for damages that changed your quality of life if you're just going to be victimized again? To read all of these unhappy client reviews makes me second guess my decision in trusting this law firm. And when you think just maybe it's finally going to pay off, there is another stumbling block that they put in your way. I am starting to think by the time a settlement comes in there won't be much to be happy about once everyone else hand's are greased. And I am not going to agree upon any settlement amount that leaves me in the same position I am in at this moment.McDonald Worley, PC

1 starMW has had my consent for years to recover medical records. Today I received a contract to sign stating they have a in house company that will charge me to recover those same records and that they will bill me separately. Whether I get a settlement or not. Also they may need to get a loan to pay themselves while working the case and I will be responds able for a higher than average interest rate payment starting at the time the loan is taken out. I would be responsible for the interest payment no matter the out come.McDonald Worley, PC

1 starI have had a claim for a hernia mesh case with McDonald worley for about 5 years. And I still haven't gotten anything. All I get is an email maybe once every so often. And them saying it takes time. How much time? If I'd known it was going to take this long. I would have went with a different law firm to help me out. And if nothing is going to be done. I want to stop the claim with them. And I will find someone that will get something done. And get it done fast. And honest.McDonald Worley, PC

I understand your frustration with the length of time a mass tort claim such as the one you have takes to resolve. It takes much longer than a normal personal injury claim due to the amount of claimants. Just so you know, we are currently negotiating trying to resolve your claim. But please know that no attorney has resolved these hernia mesh claims claims. So going with another attorney would not have made a difference. 1 starI’m supposed to get monthly updates but I usually only get them every few months. My last update was august 24th. All it said was I was in pre litigation and an inventory letter had been sent. I called this morning only to be to told my case was on hold because it did not qualify. Two thing I don’t understand. You have had my case since 2020. Also the email said nothing about my case being on hold. How is telling me you sent an inventory letter the same as it’s on hold. I’m so confused.
