    The staff I worked with, in particular, Crystal, were very helpful. I had accidentally uploaded the wrong documentation when ordering my Notary Stamp at the renewal time. I got an email in a timely manner alerting me to that. I called for clarification, as I thought I had submitted the required certificate. They emailed a sample of the correct certificate to me while I was on the phone. Great customer service! In that email was also a link for me to use to upload the correct form. So convenient! Again, great customer service, timely communication, and what I ordered was perfectly created. They deserve this 5 star rating!
