Ashley was a real lifesaver today! She was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. With her guidance, I was able to complete my renewal application and pay for the correct package. Ashley answered all of my questions pertaining to my renewal, and provided me with the direct mailing address in Houston so that I could expedite my application for processing asap (and hopefully prior to my March 5, 2024 expiration/deadline. I truly appreciate her taking the time to assist and to reimburse me for my error from the day prior. Thank you again for all of your help Ashley!American Association of Notaries Response

Ordered my notary supplies and received them within 5-7 business days like they stated on their website. They have a great package deal pricing is very reasonable plus they include a 1 year free membership, plus every time I had a question they responded quickly. I received part of my order from American Association of Notaries. I called and spoke to Fannie S. She gave excellent customer service. She figured out what was wrong and stayed an extended time on the phone while I tried to resend information to her. We got it accomplished during the first call, and my order should arrive in a couple of days. Thanks to Fannie S caring enough to figure out the problem and taking the time to correct it I won't be out of work.American Association of Notaries Response
